Great location near Spanish Synagogue, within walking distance of tram lines & Old Town Square. Good breakfast served in Aloha restaurant. We had a large apartment with cooking facilities.
We really enjoyed our stay at Dusni. Just a comment for people staying during hot weather. Weather was great when we were there. I don't believe the unit has air conditioning but we didn't need it. The unit has fans available for hot days.

The flat is big, clean, comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the breakfast, in the downstairs restaurant, very much. We found the service of the staff from the restaurant was exceptional. Very kind and always helpful. They wouldn’t miss going the extra mile... It was no problem to leave the bags before and after the rental, which was much appreciated.

The location was amazing as well as the breakfast we had. The size of the apartment is pretty big so there is a Lot of space.
The biggest problem is the cleanliness. We waited to check in for 40 mins longer than the actual check in time because the room was being cleaned. However after entering we were surprised that it wasnt as clean as it should have been. It was also hard to set up a temperature Because it was either too cold Or too warm in the apartment. The apartment is also old (didnt look like on the picture). We also were surprised that the staff wasnt so friendly.

The location to all the main parts of Prague within easy walking distance, flat was spacious even with using the sofa as a bed. The breakfast (even if in the Aloha Bar next door) was really good with a lot of choices, flat has a small balcony which although the view not great at all, it did give an option for some fresh air without leaving the flat. Some nice restaurants very close by, especially the James Dean, just around the corner. The staff at the Aloha Bar were great (also where you collect your keys to flat). Flat felt secure due to volume of keys (these being labelled better would be helpful, as even after 3 days it was a struggle to get the right key for each door required to access the flat (three in total required).
Cleanliness not great, the cooker was filthy with lots of I assume the previous occupants chips still left in the cooker (therefore not used by us). So was behind the TV in bedroom. Flat was lovely and warm until you went into the bedroom (as this room does not benefit from a radiator), which was cold. The TV did not work (but using our Amazon dongle got us around this). Be hard to use the kitchen for self catering unless willing to buy food everyday, as the fridge is tiny, the sort you get in a hotel, so more of a mini fridge. Instructions on how to use say the coffee machine would be helpful. Unless you are willing to get up before 9am whilst on a holiday, you are not guaranteed a table for breakfast as they get busy with the public who reserve tables. So if you want the breakfast you paid for you will need to book a table to ensure they can accommodate you. (This was an issue for us one morning whereby I only actually wanted a couple of coffees, but they could not accommodate this, however to be fair later in the evening we went in for drinks and they did not charge us).

The location is awesome! We were traveling with two small kids and we didn't use any transport.
Very good and tasty breakfast, which was included in the apartment.
The rooms are huge! Enough place to stay for the whole family. All the kitchen appliances were in the cabinets, and even salt, peper, tea, and coffee capsules were included.
Cleanliness is the worst part of the apartment. There was old mold in the bathroom, and the toilet was in limescale.
I would recommend throwing away floor carpets cause they look not clean and shabby.
Breakfast was served in the cafe nearby. It was winter and we had to dress up with our coats and go there. It was so short distance but still.. Breakfast was served from 8 to 9 am. It was not a big deal, especially with a delicious menu, but keep in mind.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town Square, transportation, restaurants and markets. The weather was very cold, but the room is wonderfully heated. The small kitchen had everything we needed except a toaster, although there was a panini press. The breakfasts at the restaurant next door were truly innovative and delicious. I would return just for the breakfast.
Wi-Fi was a little unstable and the signal was weak at times.

The location of apartment is ideal. It takes up to 5 minutes to the main square and you don’t need to use public transport or taxi to get to main sightseeings.
As well I really enjoyed breakfasts that were included, you can order one breakfast from the menu + one drink. It was delicious. You have everything you need in the flat for cooking and living. Highly recommend.
Just one disadvantage - it was a bit cold in the apartment. We stayed here in the October.
