The location of the hotel is in a very good spot very close to the subway station a few stops from city center. The breakfast was pretty rich and the hotel staff is very nice. Overall I find the price/performance to be very good. The view from the balcony was very nice too.
No toothbrushes, toothpaste available in room (at least we didn`t find them). Maybe the can be requested at the reception. This is a very minor nitpick though and did not distract from the overall fantastic experience.

The location. That’s all.
Very bad experience at this hotel despite the great location and comments. First, when we took a nap in the first bedroom, the noise (from the street) and the heat were so high that we couldn’t sleep at all. We asked for a change and the reception offered an upgrade. Fine, we were expecting a free upgrade for the inconvenience but, as we will discover it later, commercial gestures are completely unknown in this hotel. We paid for the upgrade and got a room as tiny as the previous one, as hot and with a miserable view but at least, quiet. At the end of the trip, we explained to the receptionist that we didn’t take the breakfast on day 2 so we would have appreciated that they didn’t ask for an extra charge on the day of our arrival when we had our first breakfast. We explained this 4 times to the receptionist who answered like a robot the same thing: the breakfast is included by default. I understand but, as I said, we didn’t take one and had us pay one extra which isn’t fair. Also, on the last day, the check out was at 11am and we got a phone call from the reception at 11.02am! Never saw that in my entire life. So disrespectul. This is probably one of the worst experiences I had in a hotel.

The location is excellent, with very easy access to transportation.

Highly recommend this hotel! The breakfast was great, the room was clean, cozy, and had new furniture and appliances. Our windows faced a street with a tram line, but it didn’t bother us, and we slept well. The hotel also offers a great option to store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late. Airport can be easily reached by direct bus (No. 191). We had a great stay and will definitely come back to Orea!

Location is very good. Safe and just 3 stations away from the City Center. And the price is reasonable. Superior breakfast, mammamia! Thank you!
There is no need for carpets, room decoration is red and black. It is dark. (Very clean though) White and beige colours would be nice. Lighter colours is better i think .
