Breakfast, location, executive lounge, clean.
Bed and pillow were not comfortable. Reception hosts were not knowledgeable (they have no idea about Kosovo passport) we were asked for visa to stay at hotel which is very absurd.

Great location 5 mins from Andel metro station . Then 10 mins into centre of Prague or 30 minute walk .
Easy to get to on public transport from airport ,100 bus to end of metro B then metro to Andel .
Hotel very clean and comfortable . Rooms very quiet .Staff very welcoming . Breakfast excellent and plenty of choice . Nice to have the barista made coffee every morning too .
Nothing . Would definitely return to this hotel if travelling to Prague

Convenient location, decent breakfast and comfortable bed.
The shower was slippery, it was outdated so looks a bit dirty. The curtains/blinds are not the best if you’d like darker place. The parking is very complicated and expensive.
