The hotel staff were tremendously helpful. The rooms were super comfortable. The Breakfast was amazingly excellent! We plan to come back and stay in your hotel again! We Loved It!

It was great... loverly breakfast ... nice T.V with good films from HBO and could blue tooth my phone meaning we could play our own music. The Bed was huge I slept so well. I would book this hotel again for sure.

The hotel was located close to Andel metro station, ideal for exploring the city. The staff were excellent, professional and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel had a nice patio area located close to the bar.

The hotel has a good breakfast and a wonderful location, with very convenient connections to the airport, train station, center, and tourist attractions,shopping center near and many places to eat.The girls at the reception were always smiling and positive.
What I didn't like was that there were no welcome bottles of water, the room didn't look like the pictures, in the booking, I had specified a single large bed, we didn't get it, the maids put the two single beds next to each other and made one, which is not the same. There was supposed to be a free room upgrade, but it didn't look like the pictures.There were hairs in the bathroom from the guests before us, in the evening when we came back from a walk, late in the evening - there was no hot water, I had to write to the reception to solve the problem. Breakfast - if you are a vegetarian - there are not many options, except for cheese and milk, scrambled eggs. In the VIP lounge - water, coffee, one type of soup, one type of sandwiches, some ''kolach'' nuts, tortilla chips, salad, fruit.If you are vegetarian or have allergies - this lounge is not for you, there is nothing to take. Coffee machine and some drinks, there are no on the floors. There was a coffee machine with capsules in the room, but there was no water for it.
