The location was perfect, it was near a lot of trams, there was also a metro, a lot of restaurants and fast food chains and a convenience store nearby. There was also a mall just within 5 min walk. It was the most perfect location I could ask for. Love the breakfast selection as well. Staff were nice, friendly and accomodating as well. Space of the room was perfect as well compared to other cramped hotel rooms in other countries in europe.

I wish you ask about the pillow too it's more important than the mattress. So, the pillow was not great for me.

Excellent value, friendly staff. Location was great, multiple options for public transport, and not too long walk to Old Town.
Lounge was crowded, there wasn't any controlled entry, so possible that there were guests that shouldn't have been able to use the space.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, great amenities. The balcony was large with a table and chairs to enjoy the good weather. The breakfast was great with a good selection and convenient hours. All of the staff was helpful and friendly.

Great location, delicous breakfast.
The dinner that came with the executive room was rather disappointing. The selection was very limited, replenishment was slow, and there was hardly anything available. Overall, it was definitely a disappointment.

I truly appreciated all the support you provided during the booking process, as well as the assistance you offered that night. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to meet you in person to express my gratitude, but I hope to do so in the future.
We will definitely return. The breakfast was incredible, with so many options and delicious hot drinks. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The only minor issue we experienced was that the air conditioning in the children’s room was colder than in ours. I reported it to the front desk, but it wasn’t resolved. However, this didn’t affect the overall enjoyment of our stay.
I’d also like to thank Anna, the manager, for the excellent service regarding my first booking. I truly appreciated the full refund you offered, which allowed me to rebook without stress.
