The location was great. Close to a mall and tram lines. Also a walking distance to a Metro. The breakfast was good. The Staff were helpful
THE CARPETING IN THE HALLWAYS AND ROOMS MUST BE CHANGED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We used the first, second and fourth floors. The carpet in the hallway and rooms had a terrible choking smell. The smell you get when something doesnt dry well enough and develops an odour. I had to spray our rooms with perfume when we walked in. I had to hold my breath when we stepped out to wait the elevators, because the smell made me nauseous. They dont need cleaning, because its obvious using hover machines is not solving the problem. PLEASE CHANGE THOSE CARPETS. Without this carpet issue, my ranking for the hotel would have been higher, because food, location, staff were good.

The location was excellent—convenient for both sightseeing and business. I also appreciated the friendly and professional service from the front desk during check-out.
However, there were several disappointing aspects. Despite booking a package that included access to the Executive Lounge, there was no explanation or mention of it during check-in, which felt unhelpful. The room was also uncomfortably cold, and adjusting the temperature didn’t make much difference.
Breakfast was another issue—the dining area was overcrowded, and food items were often not replenished, making it hard to enjoy the meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
While the location and check-out service were definite highlights, the overall experience left room for improvement.

Dasha made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. She was extremely helpful and kind. Our stay was extremely comfortable and all staff were lovely.
The hotel can add a few more vegetarian choices for breakfast and executive lounge

As usual, it's a good hotel, sometimes with good staff.
First of all, I often stay at this hotel, sometimes with my little dog. This time, I also visited with my small dog. In the evening, the staff noticed that I had a dog and became quite hysterical. "Why didn’t you say you have a dog?" they asked. I replied that I had indicated this when making the Booking.com, but they claimed they had not received any such information.
They told me I had to pay for the dog, but there was no information anywhere about how much this would cost. I said that I was willing to pay, but I questioned why the pet fee was not mentioned in the hotel description or in the additional charges section. They replied vaguely that "it’s somewhere." I asked them to show me where on Booking.com this information is listed, but no one could find it.
Eventually, they told me I had to pay €12, I suppose it's good it wasn’t €1000. I’m not sure whether the fault lies with the hotel for not providing the information or with Booking.com, but this clearly violates EU consumer protection law—specifically Chapter 2, which concerns information about the service.
I am still requesting that either the hotel or Booking.com address this issue.
In fact, it is not a problem to pay 12 euros; the problem is in loyalty to the client and the behavior of the employee. But one thing I can say is that I have no desire to stay there anymore, because you can be deceived. They will say not 12 euros but, for example, 500 or 1000 euros, and you will have to look for another hotel, so it is better to avoid such risks.
