Great location, up to 15 min to any point in the center by public transport. Metro, trams and buses nearby. Direct bus to the airport takes around 50 min, or Uber around 30 min (20€). There is a shopping center nearby, with cafes, grocery stores, restaurants etc.
Hotel staff was kind enough to give us the room immediately upon arrival, around 10AM (regular check-in at 3PM). Everyone was very attentive and hospitable. Our room overlooked an internal courtyard, so it was really quiet. Bads are a bit on a softer side, but were still comfortable.
Breakfast buffet is amazing, tasty and varied, they even offered healthy fruit shots and had a proper coffee bar, not just a machine.
It would be nice if some streaming app was offered on the tv.

The breakfast was good, but i think they should consider to change it from time to time.
The room was really quiet.
The executive room was good, and the free entrance for the Lough with snack + coffee was really good.

Location, free breakfast, attentive and efficient staff
The room temperature was not cold enough . I had to call the front desk if there was a possibility to lower down the temperature and I was told that they can’t lower it down below 23 degrees Celsius.

The location is great! It is close to the mall, cafes, and the old town. It is also not too busy and was quiet at night. The breakfast options were excellent, everything was tasty and fresh. The staff members were so lovely, polite, and helpful. I liked everyone very much. The room looks just like the photos. You can tell the hotel is a bit older, and the design is outdated, with some parts needing repair, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.
I really appreciated the kids' amenities, like the paper, pencils, and the gift at check-in. However, as is common in many places, the toys can break or become dirty and unusable over time. Since these items are still kept on the shelves, I would appreciate it if someone could be responsible for regularly updating the selection and ensuring everything is clean and in good condition for children to play with.

The breakfast was very good and variety of food, unless it was very crowded because of the Christmas season it was very good
They offered the executive lounge but it doesn’t offer a good service only some chips and coffee, very disappointing

This hotel is perfect, clean and cosy , the rooms are big and very comfortable beds and pillows, very colorful and happy design, the breakfast was perfect!
