Staff were amazing, room was comfortable and perfectly clean and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee machine. Varied breakfast, the great miso soup was another pleasant suprise.
- Most of the hot items (beans, sausages, bacon) on the breakfast buffet were cold even when I arrived just a few minutes after the breakfast started. - Executive lounge was very minimal compared to others in Prague I have visited. Small selection of food, no wine or beer. - No bathtub in the junior suite.

The payment for car parking is too high. It is almost 1/3 of the room rate. It could be reduced.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options.

Very nice hotel, everything very clean, nice cozy room. Shirt distance with tram to old town and all the attractions. Great breakfast, very nice coffee made by nice barista lady on real coffee machine, lots of variety of food.

Room temperature was quite high, even tough i powered off all heating (air and floor) and kept open my window for 2 days. Regardless, i could sleep, but it would be better to be able to actually set the temperature.

The aesthetic and atmosphere of the building were great. Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Specifically, we loved the heating floor and the big,soft pillows. Also, the breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and we had countless options, one of our favourite parts of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Lastly, the location was close to every public transport we wanted which was ideal considering the cold weather.

The hotel, staff, breakfast and room was excellent as was the city. Very clean, with attention to details and helpful all the time. Close to the city center, with shopping center and great places to visit, nearby. Possible to reach the hotel with one bus ride from the airport! Excellent value for money and will, definitely, return to this hotel and city :)
Would appreciate more natural bed linen as it was quite hot in the one that was in the room.

The apartment looks good and everything was clean and organized and the breakfast was excellent.
The place of my room was facing the street and the tramvaj is passing in the night and for me it's not pleasant and noise in addition I was expecting to have a little sofa near the bed but it was not available.
