Incredible breakfast with a barista available to make any coffee drink you want on a nice espresso machine. Parking available at an attached underground garage was convenient but extremely expensive.
The room was a bit warm, even with the AC system set to the max I was allowed to adjust it. The windows could open, but with the curtains closed to block light the breeze didn’t really do much. Parking at the hotel was very pricy.

Nice hotel with a lot of space in the room. Short walking distance to the Anděl metro station. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great.
Terrible parking. No space and cost 850 Kc per night.

Great location close to Anděl metro station in Smíchov district (Prague 5). Good sized room, excellent breakfast and overall great value for the money.
Slightly bland furnishing some space for improvement there.

The hotel is good, and the staff helps solve ongoing issues. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast is mostly the same every day but good; there is fresh juice and fresh fruit. The fancy name “Executive Double or Twin Room” just refers to a regular room, so don’t think that you’ll get something special.
Pay attention, that the check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
The main issue in these rooms is the very small wardrobe/closet, which is fine for one person but not for a small family. Therefore, most of the clothes have to stay inside suitcases because there is no space for them in the closet. The same space issue applies to storing 2-3 suitcases in the room, as you can’t even fit one of them into the wardrobe.
There was no water in the hotel early one morning. Fortunately, this happened when no one was taking a shower.
There were also some issues with the parking garage. The staff helped fix them, but it was necessary to make international calls from the parking lot to the reception to get help. Otherwise, you had to walk from the parking area to the reception every time, which takes time. The receptionist mentioned a complimentary gift from the hotel because of these issues, and I still waiting for it. Another time, I had to walk from the parking lot to the reception because my key card stopped working, and I was unable to open the parking gate.

It was my second time at this hotel. I really like the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the breakfast is really good. They have the best croissants ever!
I had booked king size bed room but they gave me two separate beds. When I asked to change my room as it’s not the room I booked, the staff at the reception said that I should have wrote on the chat that I request a big bed instead of two beds. That was not mentioned on the listing . I was disappointed

The male staff member at the front desk was pleasant and handled our luggage efficiently. Quiet.
The breakfast was good. The young woman in charge of the coffee insisted that I greet her first before she would accept my order. While they might appreciate guests offering with"Hello". Perhaps the reason we didn't say hello is just because we hadn't had our coffee. During our check-in, a family ahead of us with two children requested seven ice creams; when we asked about it, the front desk staff said they were only for the children—yet the two kids were having seven ice creams... When we checked in, we discovered that the hand soap and body wash had been swapped. On our final day, while we were still packing, the cleaning staff outside kept jiggling the doorknob, seemingly trying to rush us to leave. All of this made our stay feel somewhat unwelcoming.

Perfect hotel to explore Prague. Very well located, easy access to public transport. Amazing breakfast, with a lot of option. Room very clear, great bed and shower. It was our wedding anniversary, the hotel was so thoughtful and gave to us some sweet pastries wishing to us a happy anniversary.

Everything was perfect! Spotlessly clean, an excellent location, incredibly friendly staff, and an amazing breakfast with freshly made barista coffees. Every penny was worth it. I would definitely stay here again.
