Location is very good. Safe and just 3 stations away from the City Center. And the price is reasonable. Superior breakfast, mammamia! Thank you!
There is no need for carpets, room decoration is red and black. It is dark. (Very clean though) White and beige colours would be nice. Lighter colours is better i think .

the restaurant during breakfast is too busy, and staff often do not open the adjacent space. Also the third elevator is broken for 1 month, and getting down is virtually impossible in the morning.

Very clean, spacious and cozy. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a big thumbs up, with great variety and very tasty. It's perfect for a small family stay in Prague! All in all, I would rate it at 9.7 out of 10.
The toilet paper was very thin, you could almost see through it.

Well located and easy access into the centre. Lady making coffee at breakfast was really kind. Good choice of English channels on tv. VIP lounge access 3PM-8PM good for refreshments and snacks.
The cooked breakfast items like sausage and pancakes didn’t taste good. But other continental style foods were good.
