Staff were amazing, room was comfortable and perfectly clean and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee machine. Varied breakfast, the great miso soup was another pleasant suprise.
- Most of the hot items (beans, sausages, bacon) on the breakfast buffet were cold even when I arrived just a few minutes after the breakfast started. - Executive lounge was very minimal compared to others in Prague I have visited. Small selection of food, no wine or beer. - No bathtub in the junior suite.

The payment for car parking is too high. It is almost 1/3 of the room rate. It could be reduced.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options.

Very nice hotel, everything very clean, nice cozy room. Shirt distance with tram to old town and all the attractions. Great breakfast, very nice coffee made by nice barista lady on real coffee machine, lots of variety of food.

Preferred choice for business trip to central Prague outside of the Old Town. Professional, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, large, clean room and bath room. Keep up the good work!
