The staff were excellent, and the accommodation was very nice. The breakfast was top notch and I really enjoyed it. Housekeeping staff were really great also. And the location is fantastic - there was a tram stop so close that made getting around a breeze
The furniture might be getting just a little bit tired.

room was lovely and theres a back garden if you have a room looking that way. the bathtub and heated bathroom floors were marvelous along with a nice breakfast! also very close to several public transit stops.
our room looked out over the street which is not very nice and turned out to be quite noisy because of an event the morning we left. the street the hotel is on doesn't have anything other that a beer museum of some sort. these things are not the hotel's fault. just things to be aware of.

I really liked the size of the room and convenient location
The hotel was quite clean when we checked in, which was a good start. However, the daily housekeeping was disappointing. They only made the beds and took out the trash, but never vacuumed the floor or changed the sheets during our entire stay. Given the hotel’s standards and price, I expected more thorough cleaning.

Little further from city centre so it was calm and quiet. Relax on balcony was additional positive aspect
Breakfasts was good, but variety of them quite poor. It was lack of scrambled eggs for example

Nice place to stay, close to the tramway and the underground.
We spent 5 nights in this hotel, we slept well. No noise and very good breakfast.

Nice hotel in a beautiful building with a cozy atmosphere. Kind and polite staff. Breakfast was included in the room price and was delicious. Everything was excellent in my experience except one little minus point for the massive pillow in the bed which is quite impossible for a comfy sleep. Otherwise the bed was good.
