I think I love the fact that the flat was huge, we weren't bothering each other, we had space to rest, not only to sleep. Also it was very aesthetic, simple but with feeling. There were ALL things needed, a coffee machine, a pan, an iron, a lot of more so you can feel like home, not eat only basic things. The building was very quiet, no partying, loud and drunk people. Perfect location, shops superclose, tram, restaurants. It was perfect.

Spacious and clean
Only one bathroom & toilet makes it harder to manage with large family. Atleast one wash basin outside the bathroom would really help

Every thing was great and all was provided. Instructions are clear on how to check in and check out. We didnt have any problems. Location is very convenient, near the metro, tram stop, and mall.

The room was very clean. The host was very helpful. The luggage storage box was a good way to store luggage before checkin and after checkout.
The location is very close to the old city center, about 20 minutes away by tram.

Easy access and friendly personnel. Convenient location with a lot of public transport and shopping options and walking distance to city centre. Comfortable bed and all clean & tidy. A lot of equipment - household stuff available. Inner garden terrace also available.
Andel location can be tough during the nights, be careful when returning late in the evening or at night. Noise from the traffic.

The location is nice and all the amenities in the arrival room are great.
The kitchen was very well equipped and allowed us to manage the meals for the kids easily.
The apartment didnt have a living room. It had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen (that ended up being out social room), bathroom and toilet. We traveled with another family and booked a two bedroom apartment to allow for each of us to have their own bedroom and the living room would be the social place, however, the apartment didnt have that nor a couch. Also, our booking said that each bedroom would have a double bed and a sofa bed (perfect as we were two couples with one kid each), but the only the couch in one of the bedrooms was prepared for two kids sleeping together instead of one kid in each of the bedrooms. In the end we have managed, but it would have been nice to, at least, been asked about it.

ideally situated close to the river which made it a comfortable walk to the old quarter, and a lovely area to run in, felt completely safe, the lidl close by added convenience. the unit itself was in wonderful condition, the living area was a highlight for me - the furnishing was simple but very tasteful!
took us a few tries to hack the buildings main coded front door! I think this was common amongst other guests, but was definitely secure. other than that it served all our purposes fine, no frills.
