Wonderful
The apartment we stayed in was really cozy, spacious, and clean, with welcoming decor as well. The location had multiple grocery stores, as well as two malls. Not to mention that we had all transport connections nearby (bus, tram, metro).
The neighborhood seemed both safe and lively, but I've read online that Andel can be a little tricky, probably if you wander off a little. But, you do not have to due to the nearby transport options that can take you wherever you want to go without walking.
I also have to mention the amazing staff who were always at our service and helped with whatever they were able to. We also received a free prosecco bottle for New Years eve, how cool is that?
The kitchen was a little under-equipped for that good of an apartment, with not a single big, chef's knife. We only had a small, dull knife that was really difficult and dangerous to use.
We also only had working WiFi for one day while we were there, and while I can understand that the issue wasn't within their control, and that it was difficult to get someone to repair it during the holidays, I must dock one point from the final score for that.

It was in a perfect location, very close to the center and near so many shops and cafes. Very accessible. Downstairs there was a HR eat restaurant with local Czech food and we often had lunch or dinner there which was very convenient for the price too! Overall an amazing holiday, will definitely be back!

We spent 5 nights in a small apartment and our stay was very pleasant. The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean, and the staff was very nice. The position is great, bus and tube stops are right in front of the property and there are many shops nearby. We’d definitely book here again if we went to Prague again!

I got a better apartment upon check-in, which was around the corner of Andel. A small apartment with all that was needed. Kitchen, large TV, spacious bathroom. Staff was very friendly and professional. Despite being close to Andel noise was never an issue.

Great location with lots of cafes and restaurants around and easy and short access to all types of public transport: metro, tram and bus.
There is also a shopping centre within a 2 minute walk and two large supermarkets.
New, large, clean rooms with all necessary equipment

Fully functional small apartment. We only stayed for a few nights, but thought to ourselves how great this place would be for longer stays.
The bed was harder than I prefer and it was loud outside. They did provide ear plugs, but people were partying outside until 5 am.

The location is perfect. I have stayed here or nearby several times. The staff is great. The Metro is across the street. There are 2+ large grocery stored within slee-walking distance. There is a market across the street on weekends.
Well. The air conditioner, although it did work, was dropping condensate into the back of the TV. I diddn't care about watching TV but the electrical fire that might have erupted from water and (the back of the TV, and the electrical outlet directy beneath) was disconcerting. I moved the TV and cleaned up the water on the floor.
There was some action taken, but it didn't solve the problem.
I like dogs,and barking does not bother me. But it may bother others.

In terms of cleanliness, comfort and location, the deluxe apartment that we stayed in has met our expectations. The location is particularly well-connected by both subway and tram (by the way, prefer tram, because Prag is a wonderful tram city!) The staff, especially Ms Zlata, were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this place.
You need to climb the stairs to reach the reception room on the second (i.e. first) floor.

Super convenient location across the street from the Andel metro stop and several tram lines just outside the front door that easily carry you around to different parts of the city! Cannot overstate how excellent the location was. Lots of grocery store, convenience store, restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was comfortable with a good mini-kitchen and bathroom. The downstairs bar/restaurant was a plus for us but might be too loud for some people; we didn’t mind because the noise was minimal when we shut our bedroom door within the apartment, and it was nice to be able to go down easily for breakfast or a drink in the evening. The only downside was that our wifi didn’t seem to work; we did put in one request to the reception staff for it to be fixed, but nothing seemed to happen and we didn’t follow up on it. Not a big deal.

Close to everything. Loved the background sounds of happy people enjoying a good beer downstairs. Once you close the window, it is quiet. Transport and shopping on your doorstep. The facilities were top notch.

No elevator - this is fine for many but just a thing to be aware of. It's also located above an outdoor restaurant so it is quite noisy at night. The reception tells me there is no AC so if the room is hot you need to choose between it being more quiet and warm with windows closed, or cool and noisy with windows closed.
Apartments interior is great though!
