The hotel room was quite big, tidy, and cozy. The furniture and the walls were in good condition. The heating temperature in the room is adjustable, and you can set it to your preferred level. The location is central — it’s about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. Breakfast was delicious . The room was very clean, and it was cleaned every day. Very good value for money
The Wi-Fi was very slow, kept disconnecting, and we practically didn’t have it. Breakfast was tasty, but we stayed for 6 days and it was the same every day — it would be nice if they changed the assortment. Also note that the hotel does not have a real double bed; they push two single beds together and call it a double, So it is uncomfortable for couples

The reception was nice and friendly, open for 24 hours, the room was nice and comfy, and it was definitely value for the price. Even though I had a short stay, it was quite nice to relax around the city.

Very nice and tidy room
Staff is the worst I’ve ever experienced! I was sick, no one even tried to help me out , I asked them if they could find me a doctor and they didn’t even bother. Asked them if they could bring me my breakfast food to my room because I couldn’t stand, and they didnt agree.
I had to eat because I was taking medicine, one of the workers gave me 2 slices of bread with honey and charged me 100 kc for this. Very disappointed! And the location is not so central. Not at all

Lazy unprofessional stuff.
I paid in advance for this hotel. But stuff didn`t want to check it. Guy on the reception refused to make check-in. And I had to paid TWICE for this hotel. (Hotel returned money in 2 weeks only after my complain to the the booking.com). Unbelievable.

I booked last minute, and they provided me with room on the first floor with a view of a super noisy four-lane road. The windows do not provide adequate sound insulation, and the furnishings appear worn.

location is good, good clean bathroom with a smelling good shower gel and shampoo, good elastic mattress, without any distracting noises, multilingual welcoming stuff
small room, attic floor, so no windows with a view of the street, only the sky, the furniture is simple and dirty in places, no slippers or toothpaste or toothbrush were offered
