Very Good
The owners are really nice, and the hotel is in a handy spot, close to public transport. Rooms were cleaned daily, beds were comfy, and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection of sweet and sour choices. The hotel has a nice lobby where we could sit in the evening, when our 2-year-old son fell asleep, there was comforting music, and overall good idea. Our room key didn't work when we got into the hotel, but it was solved within 15 minutes, so that was nice as well.
Handy spot close to the public transport has its toll, there was a noise from the street, we could constantly hear ambulances, it was hard to fall asleep, especially for our 2-year-old. It's hard to park around the hotel, but that comes with the location, so we counted on that.
I think the carpet in the room could use a proper steam cleaning, even though it was hoovered every day, our socks were really dirty after walking around the room, and it had a strange smell - like someone once might have spilled something on it.

Such a nice location, rooms were very well kept and clean, beds were super comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly and the staff was incredible and super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was so tasty and felt like home.

The location, good breakfast, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
There were tourists making noise in the courtyard late at night and early morning both nights I stayed there.

Our train was two hours delayed but we got a door code on the day of our arrival and had no problems accessing our room when the reception was already closed after 7 pm. AC worked great, everything was clean, good breakfast, great location close to metro and tram, electric kettle and small fridge in the room, enough space and storage options for a week. Everything was fine. :-)

The location is great. Right next to the metro and to bus lines to arrive everywhere very easily.
The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, about 20-minute walk from the Old Town. Alexandru from the reception was incredibly hospitable and friendly. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean. Good options for breakfast.
The room had a bit of a funny smell when we first entered. But once we opened the AC, everything was alright.
