Location, very close to I.P Pavlova and also walkable to most places. Room was quite big and bathroom was big too, not cramped like some other hotels. Our room came with street views. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was fine with veg options.The staff were friendly. The owner couple were very hospitable and friendly. Felt homely.

I will say I like the bed, soft and the pillows. If you know how to walk through the park, then you can walk 15 minutes to the center also the Metro IP Pavlova two minutes just right on the corner. Grocery store if you’re hungry or you wanna buy water because they don’t provide water keep in mind you have to have your own water so the store is convenient..
First of all be ready if you arrive late you have to check in on booking.com. They have no receptionist after seven . I had issue with Internet. It was impossible to call them. I have to ask somebody else to use their phone. One tiny bar of soap, no shower cups no sleepers,no iron, you have to ask, no water at all. They will offer you to go at midnight to grocery store right on the corner and buy there. Breakfast was OK. For that amount of money, I would expect at least bigger so bars, shower caps, lotion, iron slippers, and of course, water.

Great location, a few minutes from Národní muzeum. Next to the metro, tram, and bus station. Most of the tourist destinations are about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Convenience store, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The room is quite spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast varied, fresh, and good. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Recommended.
The room could be enhanced with some updates.

The only problem was there was a strong musty smell, but it wasnt that hard to get rid of it so we enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

The location is spot on, most of the tourist destinations are about 18 mins walk from the hotel. The nearest tram, hop on - office and metro stns are very close too. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is fresh and has decent variety.
The room definitely needs brighter lighting and the mattress needs to be more comfortable. Small improvement needed in the bathroom to have shelves or pegs to store more personal items during our stay.
