The room was good, the cleaning service worked well, and the location was good.
Some of the staff members were not guest-friendly. The case was the following: we were confused about the checkout time, so as the check-in was at 3 pm, I had not checked the checkout time and decided that it was at noon. We went to the national museum in the morning, decided that we had enough time, however, as soon as the receptionist called us at 11:10 am, we came back in 15 min. and checked out in 5/10 min. However, despite the explanation of the situation, he charged us 20 euros. The breakfast was the same every day.

Some staff weren't kind at all, even they answer hello hardly. We book a room for 3 person, for the third bed tgey wrote sofa bed, but it wasn't and it was like a bed for baby

It was in a pretty good location, I liked the old-style room style, the staff was friendly and breakfast was included in the price.
There was a rather hard bed which was not entirely comfortable, and the room was quite stuffy in the morning. I also had a problem with hot water, it took a few minutes before it started flowing.

The room was very nicely furnished and quiet despite being on the main road. The double bed was very comfortable for a couple = no hole in the middle like in some hotels. Breakfast was tasty with good variety of dishes, replenished regularly.
It would have been nice to have better coffee at breakfast and some tea pots - making just a small cup of tea was not as nice as having a teapot at the table and it would be easy to accommodate.

I can say that I had one of the most beautiful experiences ever at this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. First of all, the staff was punctual and precise. The girl at the reception was very cheerful and welcoming, while the guys had a more serious-looking attitude. We had a problem with the heating in the room since they didn’t have air conditioning for heating, only a radiator. We didn’t have this information, so the room stayed cold until the girl at the reception helped us turn it on. After that, everything was perfect. The cleanliness in the room was 10/10. The hotel had a lovely scent of freshness and cleanliness. As for the location, it was perfect as well. The National Museum was 10 minutes away, and the city center was a 20-minute walk, which was the greatest pleasure for us because the streets were filled with beautiful, impressive buildings. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. The check-in and check-out procedures didn’t take much time, and I was happy about that. There were hundreds of restaurants near the hotel with very reasonable prices and tasty food. The markets were also very close, and there were many great options.
What I didn’t like was the fact that we had requested a double bed. We even reserved a standard double bed and emphasized in every email and message that we wanted a double bed, but this was not realized. However, it wasn’t a problem, as we still had a great time, and Prague was fantastic.

Ideal location near the city center and in a good spot for transportation, not far from the central train station. The staff were friendly and smiling, the room was huge and super clean and elegant, and the most appreciated amenity in the bathroom is the bidet. Also, the breakfast was super delicious and diverse.
