Very Good
The hotel is well located, a five minute walk from the metro station of I.P. Pavlova. Check-in was quick and smooth. We got a small room under a pitched roof, but the room was clean, warm and no street noise. The room has a safe, fridge-mini-bar and kettle, tea bags, sugar and coffee bags are filled every day, but there is no water - water is paid in the mini-bar. Very good wifi - fast and stable. Breakfast is very good.
A cramped room suitable for one rather than two, although the room has a large double bed taking up all the space.

The location is great, the hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly.
We called before booking the room and were told that there would definitely be parking for us. When we arrived at 11 PM, we paid 20 euros to park the car until the next day at 12 PM (later, we found out that parking at night was free). The next day hotel didnt find place for us.. We also couldn't find a parking spot near the hotel and had to park quite far away.. I recommend staying here only if you don't have a car.

Very dishonest and poor customer service. We were informed of there being no parking available when making a reservation (as stated in the listing). What is particularly upsetting is that despite being advertised as being an amenity, parking was not available. Following this surprise, we attempted to get a refund, but were denied. My question is, why was limited parking not advertised when it's such a big recurring issue (as we heard from the others complaining in the lobby).

The one young lady at the reception desk was very helpful and considerate. She was the ONLY member of personnel who managed to help us when the electricity stopped working in our room.
The attitude of the employees (except for the one young lady) was very poor. When the electricity started going off and on in our room (and continued to do so for three days), none of the three men at the front desk did anything at all to improve the situation. This is pathetic!
