Everything was perfect! The attention to detail was amazing, the staff really helpful and gentle! We used the spa facilities every day - the jacuzzi was arranged with candles and we always had two glasses of prosecco waiting for us. The hotel is small yet beautiful and historical, the room was a true pleasure to be in. The breakfast was also utterly delicious, the coffee fresh and of great quality. Not to mention the location - the Charles bridge was at the distance of 15 minutes pleasant walk. I am truly charmed and I would most certainly return!

The hotel is also short walk to the Astronomical Clock, the tram and metro. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet, with the option to order from a menu of select items. The rooms are gorgeous, and at check-in we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, water, a fruit tray, and chocolate truffles. There are an Illy coffee maker and an electric kettle in each room. Every evening, there is complimentary wine and cheese. The staff is exceptional!
I loved everything about this hotel. As a suggestion, it would be nice to include a SmartTV in the room, so guests can log into their streaming services for viewing and relaxing after a long day of exploring Prague. Additionally, some printed information on how to use the thermostat would be appreciated.

We had the most wonderful stay.Fabulous location, just a short stroll to restaurants and The Charles Bridge. Loved our room and the hotel facilities, and the staff were all very professional and helpful.
We have nothing negative to say.
