Cozy and charming hotel in a restored classic building, very well located, within a walking distance from Charles Bridge, and many other touristic spots. The room decoration is absolutely gorgeous with all its elegance, due to the paintings, the refined decoration and classic furniture. It gives you the feeling of traveling back in time. The bed is very comfortable and the room is really quiet, totally insulated from the noise outside (although Prague is not that noisy). All chambers are meticulously decorated with classical themes. The staff was absolutely welcoming and helpful. They have made a reservation for us, for a day trip to Terezin, and prepared us a huge lunch box, as there would be no place to eat during the excursion, this was really awesome! And there's the breakfast! Everything was so good and tasty! Not to mention the wine tasting at the afternoon, a touch of elegance, and relaxation. I highly recommend this luxury hotel for couples in a romantic trip.

Beautifully positioned between Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge, this stylish and atmospheric hotel was,
for us,a feature of the city.
The staff were excellent-thoughtful and caring-delivered a level of service that we had not experienced before.
Wonderful breakfasts, well timed evening wine and cheese, and breakfast packed for us for an early morning flight. Nothing was too much for the staff.
Jamila, Daniel and Nasar were impeccable in all they did for us.
A brilliant experience

excellent location and luxury interior, especially the breakfast room. perfect idea with the round big table to socialize with other tourists and we remained friend with a couple we meet there :)
Bathroom amenities not conform 5* hotels (little too poor). Bathroom ceiling with spider nets even if I informed the receptionist joking that they gave us the room where Spiderman stayed, because he forgot his net. He understood the joke but the net remained there 2 more days. When we came we found a lost sock under the bed, hmmm...

The place is beautiful, the room comfortable and very nice size. The butler was very polite and tried his best. Location was excellent.
The room service was only until 7:00pm, the cleaning lady didnt replace shampoo, shower gel or towels. Breakfast was poor for the price of the hotel.

Professional and attentive staff, elegant surroundings, super location, magnificent breakfasts. Fabulous butler service. Early check-in was appreciated after long flights. Overall attention to detail, including turn-down service, pillow selection and chocolates in the room
Shower in the bath. Full vanity slab in bathroom is a must for toiletries etc.

Nice staff, perfect room
The hotel has 8 rooms, for sure just as nice as the one I had. The breakfast is a small buffet, with everything though. The fact is, right or wrong, all guests have breakfast at the very same round table.

Good
- Eddy, the night manager: He was super friendly, helpful and accommodating - the room decor - long breakfast hours - castle and old town are within walking distance
-If you're expecting a five star hotel, as we did, you will be disappointed. This place is maybe best described as "homestay at a castle": the rooms have beautiful murals and painted wooden beams but you can hear everybody walk up and down the stairs, the fan from the breakfast room toilet adjacent to our room, the 6am garbage truck etc...just like at home - there is no bar or restaurant, no room service after 7pm, the "spa" would have to be prepared one hour in advance and generally no feeling of a "hotel" - after all it's less than ten rooms - breakfast would be great for a homestay but fairly poor for a five star hotel - the breakfast waiter the first two days was mostly absent, which was ultimately a good thing because he carried a smell of sweat with him, which didn't really go well with breakfast - coffee at breakfast is a Nespresso machine - the bathroom will flood every time you take a shower because they have one of those glass partitions that only extend for two feet along the side of the tub - At checkout, we weren't asked if we had enjoyed our stay So for 300 USD a night, we felt that we got very bad value for money. Maybe half that seems appropriate, especially in a town as affordable as Prague.
