The mattress wasn’t that comfortable but everything else was amazing. The hotel is right across the street from the US embassy so police monitor 24/7. Very safer. Also you are close to a lot of tourist stuff so you can walk everywhere. Where comfortable shoes.
The bed mattress wasn’t very soft but the hotel is very very clean.

As for the hotel itself, the location was convenient and charming while also being a little outside the peak tourist areas -- just a 10 minute walk to Prague Castle, and lots of local food options. The baroque interior is a bit over the top, and its easy to get lost at first in the labyrinthine period interior, but it's all part of the fun of it.
As for the hospitality, the staff bent over backwards to be helpful, and there are all sorts of little niceties offered throughout the stay. The spa was underused while I was there, but was a great place to cool down after a long day of sightseeing.

A beautiful hotel, everything that you could want or need catered for. The staff were excellent.
We were double charged at the cafe, even though I showed them that the payment went through the lady still asked for us to try again.

A truly wonderful hotel and one of the highlights of our visit to Prague. The hotel has a unique atmosphere, combining elegance, history, and exceptional hospitality.
We especially loved the spa area, which was beautifully maintained and provided the perfect opportunity to relax after a day of exploring the city. The complimentary wine and cheese tasting was another memorable touch that made our stay feel special and welcoming.
The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a luxurious yet comfortable experience.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Prague and would happily return in the future.

When we tried to order from the night service (about 22.00), we were answered that “it’s too late and there is a mistake in menu, so the only thing we could get is sandwich”

Very unique place with beautiful decor and spaces to explore. The spa is exceptional and definitely worth a visit. Enjoyed the daily 4pm wine and cheese offering. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Staff were exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Single criticism was that some rooms have windows over a street where garbage is collected fairly early in the morning. It is, however, quiet at night despite the central location.

Poor attempt to look like luxury.
In the top room for 500 EUR/night there is no teapot and
you need to stay on your knees to take shower
