I liked the interior of the entire hotel, the restaurant and cafe, the room was big and nice. Staff was very attentive and caring. They helped me with early check-in on a day I had medical procedure. 5-course meal was excellent - with wine pairing we choose. Happy hour with wine and cheese in the well decorated lobby is a bonus. Overall very good experience!
Liked everything...maybe just fyi - there is US embassy two steps away so some bolt drivers suggest loading/unloading zone a block away.

The room was sensational, and the breakfast was delicious. It's an exquisite hotel. We all felt completely at home. Every member of staff was outstanding – helpful, friendly, accommodating, without being intrusive.
Loved the extra touches, like the delicious handmade chocolates delivered to the room each evening.
Best place we've ever stayed.
No complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is exquisite - exactly what you would hope for with boutique hotel at this price level. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are breathtaking. We really enjoyed the private balcony and terrace.
Not much to say here. I did ask for a steamer or iron to press my suit for NYE and they told me that their laundry service would do it. Ok, I get it, its a nice hotel and they don't offer an iron or steamer. When I got my suit back it was in good shape, but it had been fully dry-cleaned, which it didn't need, and they had charged me down to the bow tie. I honestly think it was just a communication error, but really not a big deal at all.

The interior was absolutely amazing. Also, fantastic location. The food was also really really good and my wife said the massage at the spa was awesome.
I had two things-and I might be picky but paid a lot to stay here so I am going to be truthful. We thought the staff was too much in silos. The concierge refused to get us a drink even when there was no one working at the bar. I also had an issue getting tissue to my room. I just thought a simple request like tissue should be manageable.

The pool and the spa were amazing and we did one of greatest massage. This is the best 5 star hotel i ever been to. It is in a nice and quiet area and 15 minutes to the center.

Comfortable room in an updated historical building. Staff was excellent and stored our luggage for us at checkout and also arranged for a car to the airport. Location is excellent and easy walking distance to main sites. Good variety of breakfast selections.

We had a suite and it was lovely. Large comfortable rooms and the bed was super comfy, really quiet and amazing chocolate when turn down was done. Breakfast was excellent.
Staff were okay…gorgeous Italian lady at breakfast service who so friendly….breakfast was excellent but would have been nice to have berries on offer.

The hotel experience was truly exceptional and quite memorable. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff members were consistently polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist guests. Their dedication to providing excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel and its team certainly created a fantastic experience.

Loved the antiquity of the building. The location was excellent.
Do not accept room 116 our room was directly above their storeroom and we heard all kinds of noises very early in the morning and late at night. To the point it would awaken me. They could not change our room we were in a Junior suite.
