Enjoyed the stay and cheese and wine was a nice touch. great building and architecture and furnishings
Gym was a bit cramped even with only a few people in it and better signage needed for the sauna etc

Breakfast was wonderful, staff are attentive, fast, professional, cheerful.
Location is a little out of the way, but taxis are are not expensive and easily accessible.
Dinner was fantastic. Lunch in San Carlo restaurant is 2 mins walk from the hotel, delightful and very affordable.
The spa was wonderful and is a must as an experience, massage, pool, sauna.
The room was beautiful, spacious, warm, very well serviced and stocked.
Our only regret was that we didn't spend more time there

Beautiful hotel and was prettily decorated for Christmas. Staff were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed the free cheese and wine tasting Saturday afternoon

Great hotel great location very helpful staff
I liked everything and this is just a minor niggle.. the low beams in our room you have to be on high alert in the night otherwise you will have a very sore head in the morning!! Also room very dark not good lighting so more of a hinderence with the beams .

This is a great hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and have incredibly comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, and the spa is absolutely beautiful.

Comfortable room in an updated historical building. Staff was excellent and stored our luggage for us at checkout and also arranged for a car to the airport. Location is excellent and easy walking distance to main sites. Good variety of breakfast selections.

The hotel is in a great location and very pretty.
The staff made it very clear they don’t like big dogs. Telling us we should have called to say it’s a German shepherd and the owner only liked little dogs. If the owner doesn’t like dogs why allow them at a charge.
Parking is not suitable for a van. Again made the service uncomfortable and we felt unwelcome.
I’m unsure why you would advertise as valet parking without stating any restrictions.
Both parking and pets we paid extra for so I’m unaware why they seemed so unhappy for our custom.
