It was delightful, not your average run of the mill hotel
It’s not that we didn’t like it, but the room they initially put us in my 6 foot 2 husband could not walk around the bed without banging his head. I am 5 foot 7 and I was ok. Also he couldn’t stand in the shower, dormitory roof was too short. The staff were amazing and understanding, they moved us immediately and gave us a discounted upgrade!

Location, spacious rooms and good facilities. Breakfast had everything you need. Definitely recommended.
Says that parking is available with extra cost but no need to reserve in advance. We arrived late evening and they didnt had any space for us.

Everything! From arrival at the airport-hotel arranged pick-up service. Check-in easy, the room and beds were spacious and very comfortable. Location was excellent! Close to the Charles Bridge and city center-very walkable and extremely safe! Everyone speaks English!

We had a wonderful four-night stay at the Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa. Our Royal Suite was wonderfully spacious and lavishly decorated, complete with a walk-in closet, two comfortable seating areas, a mini-kitchen area and an extremely restful bed. The dining was exceptional. Breakfast offered a generous hot selection, fresh pastries, cakes, an extensive array of fresh fruit and complimentary morning Prosecco, matching the lovely welcome bottle waiting in our suite on arrival. Our evening dinner at the restaurant was just as impressive. The subterranean Ecsotica Spa was a highlight, offering a peaceful pool and sauna setting that felt worlds away from the city bustle, complemented by a basic yet adequate gym. The location in Malá Strana could not be better - peaceful, highly walkable to both Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, and exceptionally safe thanks to the diplomatic security next door. Above all, the staff were attentive and welcoming, assisting seamlessly with luggage, taxis and local recommendations.

The wine and cheese was amazing, the staff was beyond fabulous and just so exceptionally professional and friendly! We were a group of 4 metal heads and one infant from Canada stopping in for a few nights in between metal festivals. Definitely not the usual clientele, but you never would have known!
We had less time because our flights were so severely delayed!
