This is a fabulous property, located on a quiet street, adjacent to the US Embassy. The excellent service starts curbside, and they continue to wow you throughout the "greeting process" with a detailed property overview and the elegant old-world interiors. Clearly, the staff are well-trained and execute with a friendly professionalism and pride in their work. I rate this property as exceptional and would stay there again, and again.

If you were interested in a unique experience with lots of gold leaf and beautiful furnishings, this is a place to stay. The spa area is amazing because it is in the storage basement of a 500 year old Manor home.
It's rare when you don't have any advice to get to the hotel to make it better. From the moment we arrived, the personal service at check-in, to the amazing breakfast, to the very personalized, friendly service. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I have traveled a lot.

Location, decor of room and hotel, buffet breakfast and outside seating, view from room, free water, luxurious towels and bath robes, yummy nightly chocolate treats.
We loved Fabi, our waitress at breakfast who went above and beyond.
The housekeeper moved our sundry/toiletry bags into the bidet while cleaning the bathroom. We told the front desk but I dont believe there was a manager on duty.

As for the hotel itself, the location was convenient and charming while also being a little outside the peak tourist areas -- just a 10 minute walk to Prague Castle, and lots of local food options. The baroque interior is a bit over the top, and its easy to get lost at first in the labyrinthine period interior, but it's all part of the fun of it.
As for the hospitality, the staff bent over backwards to be helpful, and there are all sorts of little niceties offered throughout the stay. The spa was underused while I was there, but was a great place to cool down after a long day of sightseeing.

Greate location, very impressive building
The room is beautiful but not comfortable. There is no place to sit even. You can only lie down. (Only one small chair in the room)
When we tried to order from the night service (about 22.00), we were answered that “it’s too late and there is a mistake in menu, so the only thing we could get is sandwich”

Very unique place with beautiful decor and spaces to explore. The spa is exceptional and definitely worth a visit. Enjoyed the daily 4pm wine and cheese offering. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Staff were exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Single criticism was that some rooms have windows over a street where garbage is collected fairly early in the morning. It is, however, quiet at night despite the central location.

Luxury accommodations in a fantastic location, if you want to be able to walk to the major sites. Comfortable bed, great shower, quiet, wonderful breakfast, and the hotel restaurant was superb.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Guests were super friendly and great fellow travelers. Food was extremely well done. Location easy walk to all sites. Plenty of restaurants an easy walk away.
