Wonderful
Comfortable room in an updated historical building. Staff was excellent and stored our luggage for us at checkout and also arranged for a car to the airport. Location is excellent and easy walking distance to main sites. Good variety of breakfast selections.

The hotel is in a great location and very pretty.
The staff made it very clear they don’t like big dogs. Telling us we should have called to say it’s a German shepherd and the owner only liked little dogs. If the owner doesn’t like dogs why allow them at a charge.
Parking is not suitable for a van. Again made the service uncomfortable and we felt unwelcome.
I’m unsure why you would advertise as valet parking without stating any restrictions.
Both parking and pets we paid extra for so I’m unaware why they seemed so unhappy for our custom.

A beautiful and clean hotel, in an excellent location. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the staff was extra helpful. The spa was wonderful, and the indoor pool and sauna were fantastic after a long day of activities.
The breakfast was listed as excellent, but I would have liked a bit more to choose from.

Fantastic location for visiting Prague. Room was different level, just stunning.
Hotel was very in keeping with the location and had so much character.
Only slight (didn't like) and only slight was paying for certain parts of breakfast,. With the quality of hotel i would expect all items to be free.

Eveything!! This hotel is absolutely exceptional! From the moment you walk in, you can feel how special, warm, and elegant it is. The design is truly unique and breathtaking, giving the entire place a sense of refined luxury. Every detail feels carefully chosen, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re staying in a royal palace, the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!
