The Akcent hotel is located on the 7th floor of a 1930s' office building in Functionalist style right at the Anděl metro station and features splendid views over Prague from all of the rooms. Guest can benefit from the near entrance to the metro, it is just 66 feet from the property. A supervised outdoor car park is available at an additional cost for guests' convenience. The spacious and nicely furnished rooms feature a balcony, air-conditioning, hairdryer, safe, a satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities, a fully stocked mini-bar and free Wi-Fi access. Daily lunch menus and an à la carte menu are served at the restaurant. Friendly and English speaking staff are at guests' disposal 24 hours a day. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the Smichov district, from where several tram lines connect to the center of the city. The picturesque Lesser Town is just a 10-minute ride by the underground or 30-minute walk away. The Anděl City and Zlatý Anděl shopping centers are very close by. Moreover, the Nový Smíchov shopping, business and entertainment center with its 2 multiplex cinemas and several restaurants is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

Everything - from the ease of finding the hotel, to the cleanliness, and to the lovely breakfast.
The wifi connection wasn't that great. It kept disconnecting, perhaps because the room we checked in to was a little at the back of the building.

Nice hotel, but the building is not very attractive from the outside (old building, the hotel is in the sixth floor). Rooms are newly renovated very modern and nice. The location is handy, as it is next to the subway, but currently also next to construction site Overall I would stay in the hotel again
Breakfast was OK, but I missed some normal cereal without sugar. If you open the window there is some noise from the street and tram but it is in the middle of a busy part of the city, so no surprise. Overall everything was fine

Our room was okay. Nothing fancy but clean and the bathroom was really nice and new, so that was a nice touch. The location was actually perfect because we had some meetings in the area. Breakfast ended up being better than expected.
Expect this hotel to be a little bit old and, actually, only one floor is operating. Other floors are not accessible.

Breakfast was good and the location is quite nice. Our room was quite clean which we appreciated. There's a Lidl right next to the hotel, which is very convenient.
Maybe a few more vegetarian options for breakfast could be there, but nothing major. The receptionist wanted 89 CZK for basic toothbrushes we requested, so make sure to bring your own :)

I could hear the noise from some utility vehicle on the street when I went to bed but as soon as the vehicle left, it was ok again

Everything was perfect, the room was big and light and silent, beautiful view. Spaciouse bathroom. Very good breakfast. The hotel is close to the main sightseeing, the metro just infront of the hotel. We felt like home, strongly recommend!

I liked the location of the hotel, even though it is not in the city core. Convenient metro link (station exit next to the property), local bus terminal nearby. Lidl grocery store in the same building, Novy Smichov shopping mall within easy walking distance. Spacious enough clean and light room, useful and pleasant terrace in warm weather. Comfortable bed. Satisfactory breakfast in a big enough dining hall.
The hotel room was not ready for checking-in in time. The receptionist kept you waiting and gave you a room number, which was changed again when you arrived a short time later. To my public dismay, they allowed that they might not assign a room at all (despite confirmed booking). Obviously, during the tourist season, you have to be prepared for such attitudes.

It is in a good location. The shower has good water pressure and the hot water is reliable. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The beds were actually too soft. I had difficulty getting out of bed because I sank into the bed.

Great room with nice bacony. As the hotel is only on the top floor, there really isn't any problem being close to the bus station in terms of noice or smell. Pleasantly surprised by this.
Breakfast wasn't great, but there is a Lidl right below the building, so no worries
