I was missing scrumbled eggs for breakfast, but in general food was fine, dinners delicious, location perfect! Very nice people work there. Room was small, but it was expected, but beds were big and comfy!
No scrubled eggs for breakfast, no electric outlet in the bathroom, and not enough hooks for hanging towels, but these are really small problems.

Quirky place to spend a few nights, beautifully fitted out inside- we loved the wooden interior and all the interesting artefacts on display. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Staff helpful, we asked for extra pillows which were provided immediately. Location of hotel suited us, surrounded by riverbank bars but out of the busy centre a little.
The bedroom was a bit dated, tiles in the bathroom showed a bit of mould. The cleaning lady let us look in a room which had been refurbished and it looked lovely. The price was great for our room tho. The only issue we had,which got more irritating as the week went on, was a very very noisy resident in the room above stomping around at all hours. In hind sight we should have asked to be moved

Loved the style reception,bar,and dining room.Loved the food in the restaurant at night .
The bedrooms could be more in keeping and the shower room more modern . Also breakfast was good when the boat had more people staying but the last few days did not like the choice .

We've been on a botel mainly because of our son. I must say it was great. Our son enjoyed it very much, the location is great, it's close to tram and metro stop. Breakfasts are nice, with enjoyable view on river. Staff was great.

The staff were beyond friendly and spoke English very well making us feel right at home.
The cleanliness. The fact that I could visibly see dirt and dust on everything was a little distasteful. Also, the WiFi didnt work in our room at all.
