Breakfast OK, gave me a package on a way out, leaving early. Tea and coffee all the time. Sauna in the room was great. I did not hear the church bells at all.

Best part were the lovely staff. The tram line is just outside the hotel which was very convenient.
Stuffy room, poor breakfast choice and on the second day, the cleaning lady took the soap dispenser and did not replace it.

Staff was very helpful, location was close to a bus stop with easy access to tourist sites. Breakfast selection was extensive and good, eggs,sausages, cheeses, breads. Pastry, yogurt, cereal, etc. since it was a monastery, there are extensive grounds, also a really good brewery and restaurant (reservations needed) on the monastery grounds.
The bed is quite firm, some of the chairs in the dining area are rickety and the elevator was not working while I was there.

The staff very accommodating with.my complaints
The room type I was allocated was not as expected. The photos in the advertisement were a mix of 2 grades anz not clearly specified.
The staff accepted my point of view and allowed me to.cancel.and move.to another.location as they couldn't provide the room type I initially expected.. I stayed the one night and was not charged cancellation costs for the other 3 nights

One night stay, i was looking for a place with free parking, but the place has nice atmosphere and surrounding, close to the tram and center. All facilities worked, breakfast outstanding.

Historical building that matched the splendour of Prague. On the 22 tram stop, which gave a direct connection to most places or interest with a very scenic journey there and back. Staff were most friendly. The monastery has a brewery attached and very nice pub. The beer is like a bitter Pilzen and I prefer the more sweet Budvar but tasty all the same.
