Apartment was spacious and clean. It can accomodate parents and three childrens. Good location (15 min walk from the old town square. 6-7 minutes from public transport) Ability to drop luggage at 10.00 when arriving Good base for sightseeing.
More flexible opening hours (we arrived really early so had to wait for an hour to drop our bags) TV did not work properly, kept going into an error message There are 3 "adult" stores in the street, that concerned me initially as I was travelling with children. The sofabed in the living room was not very comfortable.

The location was great to get to the centre of Prague and is connected by the metro and bus nearby. The styling and design of the apartment was modern.
The air conditioning and heating was controlled centrally by the property and you had to message them to adjust if required. Some glasses in the kitchen were stained. Beds a little on the hard side.

The apartment was lovely! Great space, dining table to use, a kitchen that had everything you needed (even cleaning supplies!) Spacious beds and bedding, and there were even towels for us to use. Big bathroom! The space the apartment was in had a lovely private "courtyard" to hang out in. You needed a key to get into the apartment building before you could even reach your apartment, so felt very safe and secure. I loved the place so much!
There wasn't anything I didn't like! Sadly the only issue we had was the noisy apartment neighbors in the extremely late/super early hours of the morning who were shouting, cheering and yelling to each other outside their apartments to talk to each other, but sometimes that just happens. Could of done with some more pillows, but that's just a personal preference. Other than that, still got some great sleep!

Good location, pretty quiet at night.
Because its not a hotel, if you arrive early you have to wait until 10 - 10:30ish until one of the employees comes into the office, not a great experience for sure.

Walking distance to everything you wanna see in Prague. Spacious and clean. Basic but comfortable.
Even though it was a non smoking property, the smell of smoke from the outside was so strong in the bathroom and kitchen.

The location is absolutely great. Close to everything!
The flat was clean and comfortable, mattresses very good, in the kitchen one can find basic equipment, the bathroom had both bathtub and shower cabin and hot water anytime. The heat never stopped and the rooms are full of sunlight.
We would stay again there.
There's no elevator, but we knew that and we were fine with that.
Just mentioning this for people who have mobility difficulties.
In the kitchen, a Nespresso machine would really make a difference!
In the bathroom, there was only liquid soap and no shampoo available.
