Very Good
Great location. The bathroom was excellent, recently renovated. Comfortable mattress. Well equipped kitchen.
The floors were badly scuffed, The bed linens were lacking. I woke up with a sore throat every morning. The staff did not communicate properly before sending people in the room.

The apartment facilities are very clean, quiet, and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. The communication with the staff was easy and welcoming, check in went smoothly as well as checking out. The apartments are very quiet, which is perfect to rest.
The street is somewhat a red light district, which I did not know before. The apartment was amazing, but one needs to be prepared to walk past the red light venues and guests when leaving or getting to the apartments.

very helpful host, great location close to city attractions, metro, shops, pubs and restaurants, quiet bedroom with courtyard view, fast and easy check in and check out, fully equipped kitchen, very clean and comfortable, highly recommended

The property at first glance is not what you expect but I had just arrived from an overpriced apartment that felt too fancy. This apartment was real world Czech and it had the comforts of a real Czech apartment. The beds were also solid and great for your posture. Fancy beds are too soft
The sofa at first felt like sitting on cement slab covered in a comfortable blanket but as time went on it was great for my back and had a layer of comforter that is easily washable. Most couches can’t be cleaned but this one can!

Wonderful
I had 3 nights here and asked for another. At first I was unsure about the settings but it felt like a true old world Czech experience. Comfortable, sensible, and functional.
First impressions are not great but give it a moment. You are steps away from Wenclesas square and tons of great cafes and restaurants

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable! The manager was friendly and helpful. Overall stay was perfect and would use again.
The property was perfect but the location was a bit noisy if you were to stay street side.

Amazing location. Lots of food places around. Very close to nearby spot. Quite big and spacious.
No elevator, but we were on the first floor so no big deal. No air con, in case anyone is looking. We were there in aug- not an absolute necessity but a fan would be nice to have.

Very spacious apartment, very clean and we had a jacuzzi that we didn’t expect . It’s near a center and easy to access
Our appartement was on the last floor (3rd without lift ) and unfortunately we had a lot of luggage very heavy so it was difficult for us to.
The toilet make a lot of noise because the water running all night

Hot showers. A/c worked.
Smelly, stinky bathrooms and uncomfortable beds. No amenities provided, not even toilet paper. Rundown property with poor cleaning. Outside looked like a frat party on Sunday morning. Funky, unclean, the bathroom smelled like urine. Staff changed rooms for us when we complained, but refused to refund the room after we said it was unacceptable. "I'm not authorized to issue a refund" was their take. I will fight for a refund. Management should be ashamed. Yes, it's an extended stay place... but that doesn't mean you never clean or maintain the property. The descriptions and images were false advertising. Booking.com should remove them from their site.

Super duper location. Think about anything and it’s near to your location. In the middle of everything, Amazing stay. Nice small cooking area, decently big size room, Nice staff, allowed us early check-in too.

Location is quite convenient. It is not the most beautiful street, but it is within walking distance from the old town.
2 things disappointed me only:
- Wasn't able to reserve a parking. Places are limited.
- The cute, cozy inner yard was converted to a smoking room with a disgusting smell.

Great location, spacious, comfortable and very clean apartments! I always stay here on this street where Nikola Tesla lived when I visit Prague. It’s a great price, close to everything and has a nice inner courtyard. The manager is amazing! It has a great vibe!
