The room and bathroom were big and clean. The bed was firm. Very close to the U station.

The location was relatively close to the city center, a subway station is at about 4-5 min walking distance from the hotel and from there... 4 subway stations to the city center. Or, if you want... a 30 minutes walk from the hotel to the old center of Prague. The room was ok, clean, the bathroom was spacious.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful, i asked for an invoice for my accommodation and even though the guy at the front desk said i will get it, that didn't happened. Also, another reason for disappointment was about the high prices for food and drinks at the hotel restaurant.

Joseph on the reception desk was so rude, we came to check in at 2pm and were given a key to a room that when we walked into hadn’t even been cleaned yet. We then had to wait at the reception for a further hour! Jospeh at the reception found this amusing with a smirk on his face.
Then the next day we came back to our room with a couple trying to use the key to get in our room as this Joseph at reception gave them our room number!

The room and facilities were brilliant, a bargain at the price.
The location was not amazing, but only a 20 minute taxi (with traffic) to the old town/main hub.

Lovely hotel set across the road from the underground. Located in what looks like a business area, so something to consider. That said it’s a great hotel and well placed to get to all the site seeing places. Large rooms and so quiet which was lovely.
Set along side offices and in business area.

Very clean hotel. The restaurant had really good food and the staff was very nice. They also had a sauna on site which was very relaxing .Also, I loved the heating flooring in the bathroom. Our dog was very welcome here. Also was not too far from downtown and we walked from the hotel. The parking lot was also safe and we were able to park the car for two days.
The room was a bit chilly.

It was just an overnight stay, but it was perfect. It was booked literally short term. I first booked in a different hotel, where I asked nicely about the possibility to check in earlier but how they answered wasn't really so friendly. Not even providing alternatives. Of course I know that it depends on the availability of a room, but how you compose a response of a customer inquiry matters a lot. In short I cancelled it.
Fortunately I found this Absolutum hotel, which actually is perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and all. Most especially how accommodating, how flexible the management overall. After booking, I immediately asked for an early check in, and they politely responded that they would check possibilities and yes it worked PERFECTLY WELL.
I am grateful. Thank you once again!
