Location, good value for money, cleanliness (except one thing), easy to reach the city centre.
Our towels in the room were not changed by staff even though we had requested. We asked the receptionist the reason when we arrived at the hotel in the evening, his answer was "what can I do?" Additionally, the breakfast did not meet our expectations. So, we changed the hotel.

Even though the hotel is not in the city centre, it is very accessible by public transport (20 minutes by tram). The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom. Also good breakfast, standard buffet where everyone can find something for themselves.
The kitchen in the room could be better equipped: adding a kettle and a mini-fridge.
Maybe a bit more variety for breakfast would be a plus
