The lifts took forever sometimes even more than 10minutes in order to go down in the mirning from the 12th floor with 2 young children and 2 strollers.
The lifts were all the time full and once if tge cleaning staff had to unlock their service lift for us in order to go down as she saw that we had been there waiting for a long period of time.@

Bar staff were lovely. Never spoke to any other staff as used self check in, which again was very easy to do. Had a twin room that was very clean.
Good price for time of year but it is way out of main town (30 mins ish by tram into town which was super easy to use) and very basic facilities in room.
Amazing views at night of prague.
Pillows (if you could call it that) only one very flat pillow per bed. Had to roll up jacket under the 'pillow' for a tiny bit confort.
No kettle in room and being on 19th of 21 floors going down to machine (which you have to pay for) was a pain as hotel very busy and lifts took forever.
Shower holder bit broken so you had to hold shower head to get water on you.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay at this accommodation. Even before we had the chance to use anything in the room other than the bathroom for a quick shower, we found a hair on one of the towels. Later, when we went to lie down, there was yet another hair on the pillow. This is simply unacceptable for what is supposed to be a clean room.
On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially during the check-in process.
As for the location, I wouldn’t consider it particularly convenient. Having to take two means of transport just to reach the city centre is both time-consuming and tiring.
Lastly, we did not feel safe at all. There were several suspicious individuals lingering near the entrance of the building, but the worst part was that at 2 a.m., someone persistently tried to open our room door. It was a traumatic experience to feel that someone was attempting to violate your personal space.

Friendly staff, pretty clean room, beds were comfy, overall good for the money spent
If you stay on higher level, you ll wait for elevators.
No fridge in the room
Is pretty far from centre, but you reach it in 30minutes eith tram plus metro

The room was clean and good, breakfast was delicious, I liked working areas on 1st floor because i had an urgent call and could arrange it easily. Also one day we returned very late and there were options to eat smth that also made us happy)
The elevator was overcrowded especially around checkout time. all the rest were good.

specially Omyma at the reception she was really acting nice & professional
Kids area & kids visits down makes some noise ,
I would prefer to be communicated to knw exactly their time to avoid staying at the hall
