After an hour after booking i have rcvd a call from the Hotel reception that my booking will be cancelled due to overbooking. In application they did not cancel my booking,but mentioned that my payment methods is not accepted. Poor false performance!

First off the staff of Antonella and Samuel were extraordinary. They should be made the welcoming committee for the city of Prague. Great representatives for the hotel but also for the city and the region. They made check-in one of the most delightful I have ever had at a hotel. They should be training staff on courtesy. Their restaurant recommendations are excellent too. The hotel is wonderfully decorated. The breakfast excellent and the beds and pillows wonderful. The location is close to everything and they were able to help with parking, but for an additional fee.

The hotel is in a perfect location for getting around Prague. The staff is lovely and helpful. All was comfortable and easy. The breakfast is vast in choice and delicious.

I mentioned that I stayed there once before and Deana at the front desk was deliberate to express their appreciation. For my return.
The room was lovely. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and has everything you can imagine. The staff tends the dining area so there is always a fresh eating area.
When I told them I was leaving at 9430 for my flight they completed an order for a carry box in the morning.
The room had wonderful linens and there was a bottle of still water and sparkling water each day.
As I walked by one of my reward affliated hotels later on the trip I could o ly think of how grateful I was to be back at 987.
I love this place.

Convenient location if you need to stay near the main train station (there are several tram and metro stops nearby, too).
Very rich and tasty breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Recently novated room with a playful interior design.
Comfortable bed.
Not a criticism, just an observation for light sleepers: the hotel is located in a historic building with preserved old wooden windows that easily let in the rumble of trams.

Basically everything was good. Good bed. Clean and modern room and hotel. Great location, great staff, good price. And very important: The TV is straight across from the bed! Only right place for the hotel TV. I like the complimentary still and sparkling drinking water and the fact they have a mini bar. Breakfast was also good. Not noisy at night.
I don't like the smell of chlorine from the shower water / the water you wash your face with or brush your teeth in. This could be amended by installing a water filter. Also, nice if they can pick you up from the airport.

Clean modern room (if a little funny that the bathroom sink is right at the entrance to the room). VERY close to train station. Good breakfast. Not much more than that but all in all good value for money.
Staff were kind but not helpful and very rigid and not cooperative (for instance with late check out). They must face very strict policy rules. It is very strange to not allow any free late check out. They asked for an extra 50 Euros just to have 2 extra hours which is unheard of.
There was very little closet space and it is a little strange to enter the room right into the bathroom.
Room was a little noisy and reverberated from the streetcar noise but you get used to it.
The hotel mentioned a fitness center under facilities and shows a photo of a very good gym. However, it should be states that that is not a gym in the hotel - it is a gym (to which you can go for free) but is located a block away, which does matter when the temperature is -4 celsius and it's not the same thing as putting on your shorts and going to work out.
