The hotel has some great design features, it’s not too far from Old town. The staff were excellent.
The bathroom and the toilet are separate which is fine but the sink is also the separate and forms part of the room itself, not a great concept

I mentioned that I stayed there once before and Deana at the front desk was deliberate to express their appreciation. For my return.
The room was lovely. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and has everything you can imagine. The staff tends the dining area so there is always a fresh eating area.
When I told them I was leaving at 9430 for my flight they completed an order for a carry box in the morning.
The room had wonderful linens and there was a bottle of still water and sparkling water each day.
As I walked by one of my reward affliated hotels later on the trip I could o ly think of how grateful I was to be back at 987.
I love this place.

Convenient location if you need to stay near the main train station (there are several tram and metro stops nearby, too).
Very rich and tasty breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Recently novated room with a playful interior design.
Comfortable bed.
Not a criticism, just an observation for light sleepers: the hotel is located in a historic building with preserved old wooden windows that easily let in the rumble of trams.

The hotel is near the city center and walkable disnatce from the sightseeing places. The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice. The breakfast was rich in choice and good in taste. The room was very spacious and even though we were facing the road with the trams with closed windows it is absolutely comfortable to sleep.

I fell sick during my stay and personnel of the Hotel was very kind and helpful in assisting me with everything; took care of food delivery and even gave me medicines that I did not have with me, at no charge.
I'm mentioning Antonella which really went above and beyond, but all the staff was just great. Thank you all.
