Clean modern room (if a little funny that the bathroom sink is right at the entrance to the room). VERY close to train station. Good breakfast. Not much more than that but all in all good value for money.
Staff were kind but not helpful and very rigid and not cooperative (for instance with late check out). They must face very strict policy rules. It is very strange to not allow any free late check out. They asked for an extra 50 Euros just to have 2 extra hours which is unheard of.
There was very little closet space and it is a little strange to enter the room right into the bathroom.
Room was a little noisy and reverberated from the streetcar noise but you get used to it.
The hotel mentioned a fitness center under facilities and shows a photo of a very good gym. However, it should be states that that is not a gym in the hotel - it is a gym (to which you can go for free) but is located a block away, which does matter when the temperature is -4 celsius and it's not the same thing as putting on your shorts and going to work out.

The hotel has a great breakfast with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The location is also very convenient, it is close to some attractions and easy to get around. Overall, a pleasant stay!
The noise from the nearby trams could be heard inside the room, which made it a bit difficult to relax at times. That's more of a location issue than the hotel's.

The location was perfect. Close to the train station as well as easy walking to old town. If you don’t want to walk, the tram is just steps away. The staff was stellar- I cannot praise them enough. Finally, the breakfast was amazing.

Very good location near main train station but easy walk into old town and major attractions.
The hotel was overheated, and difficult to lower the heat in our room. We had to open a window to cool the room, which seems environmentally irresponsible
The in-room sink, shower and toilet (rather than separate bathroom) seems a triumph of design over practicality.
Despite leaving our towels hanging they were replaced each day.
Never did work out the light switches!

The hotel has a perfect location for tourists: only three minutes to the railway station and about ten minutes on foot to the bus station. It’s also close to the city center, and we could walk almost everywhere we needed.
There’s a nice view from the windows and blackout curtains so the morning light won’t wake you up.
Breakfasts are amazing, the variety and the quality are 10/10. I personally got addicted to the smoked salmon roll.
We also used the late check out option, which was offered at a reasonable price.
There’s a tram stop near the hotel, so there’s a bit of noise, but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb our sleep. Otherwise, it was quiet outside.
Some design choices in the room are a bit unusual, like the sink and shower opening directly into the room, but overall it wasn’t a problem for us.

Clean Hotel, staff is very helpfull, good breakfast, and new decoration. Overall, a good hotel.
If you are sensitive for noises during sleep, be aware that sometimes there is the tram passing by, depending on your room, it could wake you up.

Service / front desk personnel was outstanding, super helpful and accommodating! Excellent location, walking distance to the train station with airport shuttle bus, walking distance to the city center and a tram stop right across the street if you don’t want to walk. Breakfast was divers. Place was clean. Overall we had a great stay.
Honestly there’s nothing I can think of other than just maybe the shower temperature that was somewhat inconsistent.
