Exceptional
We are glad that on our second stay at the hotel, it overcame our expectations. Everything was smooth, from breakfast to the rooms and the staff. The parking is 10minutes walking distance trough beautiful streets of Prague.

The rooms were of a good size with plenty of storage space. We loved the coffee machine, 2 bottles of water in the room 1 still and 1 sparkling was a nice surprise.

I like everything! Staff is so accommodating and i was so surprised about the room, it was bigger in actual than in pictures. It’s also near the tram station and city centre is just walking distance. Ill book here again.

Clean modern room (if a little funny that the bathroom sink is right at the entrance to the room). VERY close to train station. Good breakfast. Not much more than that but all in all good value for money.
Staff were kind but not helpful and very rigid and not cooperative (for instance with late check out). They must face very strict policy rules. It is very strange to not allow any free late check out. They asked for an extra 50 Euros just to have 2 extra hours which is unheard of.
There was very little closet space and it is a little strange to enter the room right into the bathroom.
Room was a little noisy and reverberated from the streetcar noise but you get used to it.
The hotel mentioned a fitness center under facilities and shows a photo of a very good gym. However, it should be states that that is not a gym in the hotel - it is a gym (to which you can go for free) but is located a block away, which does matter when the temperature is -4 celsius and it's not the same thing as putting on your shorts and going to work out.

Great location, very confortable, clean, super nice staff!
I had to switch rooms because the first one was noisy during de night from the tram and the 2nd room was pretty cold… they have this smart heating system that couldn’t be controlled from the room and it was mostly cold all the time, but I managed that by taking long, hot showers :)
