Friendly and efficient staff. Very large and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast.

I did not like the curtains on windows were not fully shut so morning sun was a bit unpleasamt if you wanted to sleep longer

Heating stayed on high all evening regardless of switching it off in the room and asking reception to turn it off. Apparently it’s controlled by a system by them so sleep was disrupted as the room was far too hot even with the windows open

I wasn’t a fan of the design of the bathroom inside the room. The most off putting thing was that mh toilet seat was not clean upon check in. There was period blood which I had to clean off.
The heating was on very high and it was extremely hot throughout the night. Even after turning it down, I needed to open the window several times
