Very nice hotel, enough parking spaces, upper floors accessible by lift, nice and modern rooms, fantastic breakfast, firendly and professional staff
The lift to the rooms is very far away, there are no cofee/tea tools in the rooms (kettle, coffee, teabags, sugar...)

Both hotel and its location were very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional.

The stay was good in general, just very disappointing after sales service
our booking for 2 rooms got cancelled in error, we re-booked both rooms but the hotel still charges us full cost twice due to cancellation policy although we explained and the reception staff fully understood what had happened the hotel management would not help...even if there had been a small admin fee it would have been more acceptable

Everything was fine. The parking is spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was really tasty.
There's a relatively high price for the dog. The breakfast was moderate.

Hotel room was large and beds comfy. WiFi was good. English speaking staff at front desk were exceptional. Wait staff was engaging and food was great in restaurant. Very helpful they have English speakers!
Breakfast was good most days.
The only windows were sky lights so nothing to look at.
Hotel tv had 1 English chanel. There was no refrigerator to keep medicines cold.
Pretty boring area.
