Everything was perfect. Nice room, Staff very friendly, nice breakfast. Unfortunately when I made checkout I forgot my keys and other things inside the room. Next day I contacted reception and Ms Vclavkov was very helpful and agreed to send it to my home. Thank you so much! :) I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Big parking and easy to find location, good rooms, good food, even a location where its possible to work after checkout.
Be aware about early check out!! And if that would be my first time in this hotel, I would rate its personal below any norms. But usually personal is nice and welcoming , so I just want to point out, that lady at my check in had something against Ukrainians, or foreigners at all. She changed in a second from nice smile adressed to local guest, to cold and extremely formal attitude to me, said where I must (!) sit to fill out guest form, said that no way I can have work call in the morning after check out etc. Lady in the morning in contrary was nice and offered me 2 places to have work calls, and had no problems having me around after check out. So, my thanks to her, and I hope "evening' lady would find her way to deal with different guests.

Not far from highway D5, easy uber access to the centre and back, great and friendly staff, spacious clean room and with A/C

reception girl does a professional job
Was waiting in the restaurant on 23 September 2023 from 18:18 till 18:45 without being served, although waiters, a man and a girl were passing my table several times. Breakfast on Sunday is only from 7.30, only one coffee machine available, a queue of people If you park behind the hotel you are forced to carry all your luggage to the main entrance, as it is the only door to get it - not good for evacuation!
