It is a convenient location on a way from or to Italy from Poland
They have a particular sense of the concept of "hospitality"... As the breakfast is communicated to finish off at 10AM, literally at 10:00 on the dot they switch off the light, music an shut down the restaurant no matter if you still trying to gulp the last drops of your coffee... the same is in the night, if you late 5 minutes passed the restaurant declared close, there is no way you can buy any food there... the staff seems to be religious about protecting their working hours, no exceptions! A bit of flexibility and simple courtesy would make the experience slightly more hospitable...

It's very old facility with design and comfort from 90s. Bed is comfortable, no complains. Breakfast is awful, cheap products and strange serving. Steak and goulash in restaurant were pretty nice though. OK place to have a sleepover, not more.

We really liked the staff. They were all very friendly. When I asked for an easy room to get too (even though they had an elevator) as my hisband has difficulty walking, the receptionist happily gave us the absolute closestest room and they had luggage carts too! The room was perfect and the dinner and breakfast were also great.

Hotel is few minutes drive from highway, that have parking, even for buses. Rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. But they have very nice staff, especially Mrs Veronika was extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast is varied with hot buffet (sausage, eggs even cooked vegetables).

The hotel is located in a quiet place and at the same time with a good exit to the highway. Very convenient. The room is large, very clean. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. Good enough, fast internet. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant. Breakfast varied, delicious. Good service: both at the reception and in the restaurant. Big and good parking place.
There is no drinking water in the room and no mini bar. If you need to drink you should go to the bar. And if it is happened during the night .... Also there is no bathrobe and slippers. From my point of view, for a 4* hotel it should be!
