The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to the motorway exit, which is very convenient for business travellers.
The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed has a good mattress and comfortable pillows. Everything is clean.
There is enough space on the table for a laptop, which is important during a business trip.
The breakfast is varied and everything is delicious. The water and Czech beer are excellent!
There is no coffee machine, kettle or drinking water in the room. There are also no slippers or bathrobes. I think that a 4-star hotel should provide all of these things.

We really liked the staff. They were all very friendly. When I asked for an easy room to get too (even though they had an elevator) as my hisband has difficulty walking, the receptionist happily gave us the absolute closestest room and they had luggage carts too! The room was perfect and the dinner and breakfast were also great.

Very nice hotel, enough parking spaces, upper floors accessible by lift, nice and modern rooms, fantastic breakfast, firendly and professional staff
The lift to the rooms is very far away, there are no cofee/tea tools in the rooms (kettle, coffee, teabags, sugar...)

Rooms are really nice, clean, well equipped. They offer toothbrush too, in case you would have forgotten. Only a few hotel does so nowadays. Staff is experienced, kind. Breakfast was rich enough to fulfill all kind of tastes. And costs point of view, it is fair. I really recommend this hotel to spend your stay.
Melted ice was dropping from above the main entrance, the wet floor frozen during the night, it was slippery and risky.

The Hotel is located very near the highway and the reception is 24/7 available. The breakfast has a wide range of items and relaxing. Also many parking places and security service in the night.
The could be more selection of beers on the reception and the bar could be longer open.

The room is excellently soundproofed, no noise from the busy street.
Excellent quality dinner, both sirloin roast with dumpling and Caesar salad with salmon.
Pleasant receptionist.
A quarter of an hour before closing, you won't get coffee because the coffee machine is already out of order, repeatedly.
The breakfast menu is fine except for the coffee machine. That scrap can't make a latte, poor thing.
No minibar or fridge in the room.
