Very Good
Great location, only a few minutes walk to the main square and brewery tour.
Checking in was difficult, information as to our room etc wasn’t easy to get ( we had to ask several times) We booked parking space but they said we hadn’t, They rely on a stupid app called Alfred which just complicates things. Smart locks that don’t work well. Just buy some keys!

We arrived and couldn't get in, no staff there. Called and rang the door bell in the dark -5° outside.for ages and finally got through for them to say we can't stay! Terrible service after driving all day across 5 countries to get here!

The location is great, close to the city center and to several restaurants, and the mini bar was very well stocked. The room, including the bathroom, was clean.
The room was on ground floor with the windows directly on the street. The room was very small. The hotel has 2 parking spots just in front of the entrance, but requested 300 CZK for one night! I found much cheaper parking (20 CZK) with a 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

A really excellent stay at this little/medium-sized hotel in a historic building. Wonderful, well fit, comfortable, modern, excellently designed rooms, with everything necessary there. Quiet surroundings, comfortable bed, one could immediately feel at home, grounded. View to the small park, pond and street before the hotel, in historic surrounding, with the scenic Water Tower to the right. Electronic door openers and heating regulator. Excellent shower, with a warm, soft stream, wellness level. Location is excellent, close to the main square / city center, and within a ten minute walk to the train station if you take the closes route (basically just follow the # 1 and #2 tram tracks). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and uncomplicated. Wifi is very good. Great value for money.

There is no staff during the night and morning, there were some really noise guests and nobody could warn them about the noise. It was not clearly explained that they do not serve breakfast

There are much refreshments for free!
Breakfast costs 13 Euro, too much expensive, but less variety. The curtain of the room is thin and not enough to shut the cold air from outside. Also the voice of others was easy to hear.
