The location and the expanse .
There is no coffee maker/ coffee sachets in the room . A hotel at this level could consider having it as a part of their amenities.

Spacious suite. The bed was comfortable. Restaurant in the neighbouring hotel was great - we were unable to eat in the hotel due to events. We enjoyed watching the hares play on the grass near the tennis courts.
Booked around 12 months in advance, yet they left it until the morning before our stay to inform us of major disruption & lack of access to hotel facilities due to a large private party and conference. Offered us a refund if we wanted to cancel, but with less than 24 hours notice before we were setting off from Germany on our motorbikes it really wasn't an option. Had we been given decent notice of this we would have cancelled and made an alternative booking.
Feels a very sneaky way of doing business as with such late notice they are basically guaranteeing people's business as most would not find it convenient having to seek an alternative.
The suite had aircon in the lounge, but it didn't work very well and did not reach the bedroom. There was a fridge but it was switched off on our arrival in very hot temperatures (why on earth would it not be on?) and although there was a coffee machine and kettle there was no bottled drinking water provided, which is odd for a suite.
Too many other guests letting their doors slam in the early hours, and the carpark had several discarded pint glasses from the party attendees the next morning. Breakfast was mediocre - the 'hot' food was cold less than 10 minutes after opening at 6.30am and the breakfast room was way too hot.

Comfortable, big car park, check in anytime.
Amenities are worn down, smell in the room is strange, breakfast are mediocre, no true juice.
Pictures look good, but inside it is so so.

good food in restourant. very good breakfast. nice , comfortable room
there was a coffee machine in the room, but no bottled water. Tap water is not tasty. it tasted like chlorine. I would like to have a small water bottle with the coffee machine

The gym adjacent to the hotel is well equipped and not too busy. I enjoyed the bath,it was nice and big. Room was of a decent size with two armchairs. I liked the fact that the windows opened l, I like having fresh air instead of air-conditioning.
The hair dryer in the bathroom was old fashioned, it's easy enough to have proper hairdryers! The bed was comfortable enough but I felt like it's getting a bit old, I didn't have the best sleep during my 2 nights stay. There is no tea & coffee making facilities in the room, neither is a complimentary bottled water. Maids are too loud early in the morning, should be more considerate!

Cosy room, very clean, enouph working place. Good, comfortable bed.
Free WiFi, fast enough when it works, but sometimes it doesn't work (24th February, afternoon I can't connect with my notebook).
Professional courteous staff.
Excellent breakfast and good food in the restaurant.
Large car parking.
Good hotel, I can recommend this hotel, especially for business trip.
The room was free of any extra services and equipment: there was no drinking water, no kettle/coffee machine, no hygiene kit in the bathroom, no slippers. I think that for a hotel of this class all this should be provided in every room (even if the price is a bit higher).
