Location, staff at the restaurant
Extremely disappointing experience. Upon check-in, they tried to charge us the full price again, even though our booking was fully paid. The room was smelly, old, and noisy. To make matters worse, the hotel double-booked our room, and at 10 PM someone unexpectedly entered our locked room. The receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful.

The pool was amazing in the good weather. A great hotel with a good restaurant and bar.
The air condition was not so efficient, it didn't coll down the room that much. I wish the bar could've had good czech beer from tap.

Elevator is old, bumpy, small and in a hotel should be updated. No welcoming water, no kettle in the room, no minibar, furniture outdated. Location for breakfast requires walking thru a long area from elevator to the place where is hosted, nothing bad, just a small appointment. A feel it’s a bit overpriced with the lack of many details.

The location and the expanse .
There is no coffee maker/ coffee sachets in the room . A hotel at this level could consider having it as a part of their amenities.

Spacious suite. The bed was comfortable. Restaurant in the neighbouring hotel was great - we were unable to eat in the hotel due to events. We enjoyed watching the hares play on the grass near the tennis courts.
Booked around 12 months in advance, yet they left it until the morning before our stay to inform us of major disruption & lack of access to hotel facilities due to a large private party and conference. Offered us a refund if we wanted to cancel, but with less than 24 hours notice before we were setting off from Germany on our motorbikes it really wasn't an option. Had we been given decent notice of this we would have cancelled and made an alternative booking.
Feels a very sneaky way of doing business as with such late notice they are basically guaranteeing people's business as most would not find it convenient having to seek an alternative.
The suite had aircon in the lounge, but it didn't work very well and did not reach the bedroom. There was a fridge but it was switched off on our arrival in very hot temperatures (why on earth would it not be on?) and although there was a coffee machine and kettle there was no bottled drinking water provided, which is odd for a suite.
Too many other guests letting their doors slam in the early hours, and the carpark had several discarded pint glasses from the party attendees the next morning. Breakfast was mediocre - the 'hot' food was cold less than 10 minutes after opening at 6.30am and the breakfast room was way too hot.
