This was booked for my wife, so this is based on what she told me. A good place to say on the outskirts of Plzen, quiet, and the owner was very friendly, and very helpful, when we needed to add an extra night on to the booking. It's not too far from the centre by car (or by bus) and quite easy to get to from the motorway or driving across Plzen from the west, and it was easy to find a parking space.

Very peaceful, clean and a very modern room. The whole complex was very homely all in all . Plenty to choose from for breakfast and was extremely a nice comfort for the first thing on a morning.
It would of been great to have had a kettle and an iron facility

Breakfast was great, super friendly fantastic woman made eggs and helped us with our stay! Place was really clean and nice spacious bathroom with great shower.
Our delicate office-job backs didnt like the ultra firm mattresses too much
