Very Good
Breakfast was great, as good as or better than anything a business traveller gets in much more expensive hotels. Good location.
Room was a bit cramped, but manageable. We received too many messages ahead of the stay. I shouldn't have to ask my self what the point of any message is. Its a bit confusing and unsettling.

the staff was friendly, breakfast was not bad. the location is ok.
the building was a construction site. in the breakfast room there was a TV that "spied" on the staff. very unpleasant experience. the room had not been ventilated for a long time and smelled of chemicals. mattresses were ruined and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Almost everything. Excellent breakfast with very different and delicious menu, large room with kitchen. The renovated room was larger and better than the older building. The location is very central.
Kitchen can be little more equipped. We didn't find salt which is a basic item.

Great location. Very nice rooms and bathroom. Fast WiFi. Very delicious breakfast.
The hotel isnt finished so there is some construction being done which comes with some noise but its barely noticeable and not much of an issue.

Brilliant place, from the hearty breakfast with very tasty bacon, really comfortable bed and an excellent reception
Shower had no rotational adjustment, so it fired at the opposite wall. The automated Alfred system was not good, randomly charging me for parking.

-the bathroom was very compact, could have been better -no lifts in the apartment, with a luggage for 2weeks really difficult to climb 2 floors

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beautiful Cathedral Square. There are many restaurants nearby where tourists can try the local cuisine. I would recommend visiting Plzeň during the annual wine festival.

Spacious, well-equipped and very clean room. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few meters from a shopping center. Breakfast is complete and varied.
The Internet connection isn’t very good.
