Wonderful
The hotel's breakfast was wonderful, complete with a variety of meats, cheeses, vegetables, eggs, breads, spreads and beverages. Breakfast was in the cellar, which connoted a European flair not met by other hotels. There were separate eating rooms with old brick and beautiful arches. When asked for a dinner restaurant recommendation, the staff guided us to Stipec, which far surpassed our expectations.
The parking lot was close-by, which was convenient, but it was filled with beer bottles and other trash.

The room was clean; the walk-in shower was excellent.
Friendly staff.
Best value 3-star hotel we've stayed in for many a year.
Although the hotel was not located in the city centre, the trams were frequent and not expensive.

Breakfast is OK, the parking nearby is a plus. Room was small and a bit outdated, but mostly clean. Staff was responsive.
No AC, so it may be uncomfortable in the summer. The whole property would need some refurbishment and maintenance.

The hotel staff was very friendly and really helpful. Free parking. Booking was made based upon the reviews, however, the state of the room + bathroom was disappointing.
The room was clean, however, it would deserve a serious update and a lick of paint! There were water marks on the ceiling in the room and in the bathroom. Also, there was a rusty tray table in the bathroom - really nothing you´d like to use to put your stuff on.

Nice wooden furniture in the rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, tasty breakfast buffet (but nothing extraordinary).
Noisy ventilator in our bathroom, no trash-bin in the main room. Almost no fruits for the breakfast.
