Very Good
The property is located very near to the city centre, only about 5min walking. As soon as we entered the hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room what throughly cleaned before our stay which also gives a pleasant feeling. The breakfast was phenomenal, even though maybe a smaller variety of foods to choose from, you can be sure everyone will find something they enjoy. Quality wise the breakfast was one of the best a hotel can offer.
We didn’t enjoy the amount of toiletries we have received at the room. Before we found out it was too late and it was a little uncomfortable to go ask at the reception for more shower gel because we have received one 10ml packet per person for night and morning which seemed very little. The receptionist immediately helped which was great. I would definitely increase to minimum of two packets per person per night, I think it’s very reasonable.

Hard to find in the evening since the booking name: "Hotel Wellness Gondola" is not the same as "Green Gondola" which was the name on the building side wall. The locked lobby door was hard to see through so it was not clear anyone was there. The outside looked like a closed bar. The checkin was not very welcoming. They refused to show us any of the wellness facilities unless we had already booked an appointment for the possible services. They did not even provide a clear listing of options.

A nice quaint hotel located well in Pilsen. Nice spacious room. Walked from the bus station which took around 20 minutes and also walked to the Pilsen Brewery for a tour which was quite close. Brekky was an added bonus
Only one pillow each and they were not to
our liking. No lift in the building so had to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

Loads of positives. Location and breakfast were fabulous. Main bed was very comfortable. Very quiet bedroom. Lovely bathroom and complimentary items. Very clean overall and helpful staff. Only stayed one night as driving through Europe so good sleep quality was important.
My husband ended up sleeping on the pull out bed (after my kids chose to sleep with me in the main bed...) and that, he said, was not that great. Would have been fine for kids though!

Friendly staff when checking in. Morning staff was grumpy. No sounds from other rooms. Location in centre
The bed were rockhard. Barely slept and wokeup feeling stiff. Both of us were really unsatisfied. The shower head was at 1.50, as a 2m man that's terrible.

This is a slightly old fashioned hotel. Quite hard to find. Has a large car park. Room was dated and very hot, air con seemed to just blow warm air. Staff were good. Breakfast was pretty good.
It is all very dark brown. Bar was never open, just bottles if beer out of the fridge
