Very good location in a quiet part of Central Pilsen.
Comfortable room
Breakfast was pretty good, however the coffee machine was broken. You could get hot coffee but no hot milk.

The room was large, clean and tidy. It was entered from the road - so you had to leave reception and go outside but this was not an issue. Shower was good and strong. Breakfast was decent - and the cost of the hotel was good value but....
Parking. I handed my ticket to reception and they put my car number plate "into the system" so parking shoulw be free. After check out I wandered around for a while then went to my car. I put the ticket in and received a parking charge the same amount as the cost of the hotel Euro60. Unfortunately I had to be on my way and did not have time to walk bak to the reception to try to get this sorted. So that left a real sour tast in the mouth

Clean. Nice size room. Nice breakfast served.
Sofa bed opens on the floor , you inhale dust. Would not recommend if you have allergies.
Window on ceiling facing Skye was letting in cold air.

As first-timers at the Wellness Hotel Gondola, we were hoping for a warm welcome, and Christina at reception certainly delivered—she was friendly and accommodating, which we really appreciated. However, the bed was quite old and creaky, making it tough for both of us to get a good night's sleep, and we did notice some noise from adjoining rooms. With a bit of attention to the beds and soundproofing, this hotel could really shine

Only that is near to the center.
Not cleaning you must to say to reception 3 times to clean your room.
The reception charge our local tax and at the end of our holidays told us to pay again the local tax and when I ask to give me the receipt then try to give my a paper without to write anywhere what I have pay and what I must pay.

The room smelled strongly like bleach, which speaks for the clean room but doesn't help your or your childs respiratory system. The location started charging parking fees, when I booked I choose this location specifically for the available parking that was offered free. There are almost no outlets in the room that are easily available. No tap beer at the bar in the city of pilsen.

The property is located very near to the city centre, only about 5min walking. As soon as we entered the hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room what throughly cleaned before our stay which also gives a pleasant feeling. The breakfast was phenomenal, even though maybe a smaller variety of foods to choose from, you can be sure everyone will find something they enjoy. Quality wise the breakfast was one of the best a hotel can offer.
We didn’t enjoy the amount of toiletries we have received at the room. Before we found out it was too late and it was a little uncomfortable to go ask at the reception for more shower gel because we have received one 10ml packet per person for night and morning which seemed very little. The receptionist immediately helped which was great. I would definitely increase to minimum of two packets per person per night, I think it’s very reasonable.

Great breakfast and nice room.
Hard to find in the evening since the booking name: "Hotel Wellness Gondola" is not the same as "Green Gondola" which was the name on the building side wall. The locked lobby door was hard to see through so it was not clear anyone was there. The outside looked like a closed bar. The checkin was not very welcoming. They refused to show us any of the wellness facilities unless we had already booked an appointment for the possible services. They did not even provide a clear listing of options.
