Location, amazing breakfast , helpful and friendly staff
Doesn’t have an air conditioner, so it’s very hard to sleep during hot weather. There are a big fun in the room , but it’s not a big help.

Location was great, breakfast was great, and the room itself was ok. A bit old-fashioned but good enough. The receptionist was helpful, and finding everything in the hotel was easy. It's on the main square of the city, so you can't miss it (it doesn't really fit in architecturally - but you can blame the communists for that).
It's a bit confusing about the gym usage. I thought it was included with the accommodation price, but when I inquired about it, I found out that there is an extra charge for it. That's pretty dodgy, in my opinion, so I didn't use it. I'm still confused as to why hotels are so expensive in the Czech Republic in comparison to Germany. I feel like the value doesn't fit the price, but that's just me.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect and we loved the view from our room and from the roof top cafe. Our room was large and comfortable. Parking was convenient and fairly cheap. The staff were helpful and kind and we overall enjoyed our stay here.
The hotel (including room and restaurant) was a bit too warm and could benefit from having AC. In our room we did use the fan and had the windows open, but this summer has been particularly hot.

Comfortable beds. Shower and the bathtub. A lot of various consumables. Tasty breakfast with a great choice of foods and drinks. Great location.
Not so quiet in the morning. Toilet brush was not clean.

This is the strangest hotel I've ever been to and it's very hard for me to rate it. First of all, from 6pm to midnight there's a party on the upper terrace with music so loud that the walls and room shake and everything around was booming. I had a room located on the floor below the party so it was impossible to sleep, it was hard to sit in the room. In addition, the party ass brought to the corridors, there are very loud conversations, laughing etc. The hotel has two alternative faces. One face is post-communist, i.e. the appearance from the outside of the rooms and corridors on each floor. Everything looks as if time had stopped in the 70s. On the other hand, the reception and the viewing terrace on the building look very modern. In addition, the breakfast was incredibly good with a huge selection, simply sensational.
