Clean, nice staff, the hotel is located in a great location. It was nice to have parking available. The staff were very kind and helpful and responded to my requests. I would definitely stay again whenever I am back in the area.

Marriot never disappoints! Great quality, guest services is superb and breakfast spread was impeccable! Walking distance to restaurants and pub and the town square! Unbeknownst to our arrival, we walked into the Bli Blik festival event in the city square.

Ideal location, right at the entrance to the historic center. Professional staff who took into account the type of room we requested. Free parking was a plus. Very comfortable bed, very clean!
The room was almost standard, not much different from what you’d find in a 3-star hotel. Because of that, it's quite expensive for what it offers. You're mostly paying for the location — but even so, it's still overpriced.

The Location and the staff is good
Room was basic. Nothing special compared to the prices. Breakfast was way too disappointing. Prices are too high compared to other hotels in Pilsen and the parking is extra which is way too expensive. Very very low value for money.

❌ Outdated building—feels stuck in the 70s or 80s ❌ Rooms and interiors feel worn out, with signs of heavy use ❌ Service at reception is friendly but lacks professionalism ❌ The area around the hotel isn’t the best Overall, it's fine if you need a place to stay, but don’t expect the usual Marriott experience. The hotel could use a serious update.

Great location, between the old town and the brewery
The matras of the bed is very bad. You can feel the springs. The bed should have been replaced many years ago. Rooms look also outdated, but the reason why I don’t return is that the matras is way too old.
