Excellent breakfast selection, large comfortable room, quiet location, secure parking for motorcycle, friendly staff.
Restaurant stopped serving at 8pm so no evening meal available shortly after I arrived, but nearby restaurant at the Monastery brewery was short walk and excellent food. Bar in basement popular with the young locals who could be noisy in the rear courtyard late at night.

Gruesome decorations - hunting trophies and stuffed animals, chairs made of antlers in the breakfast room.

Really nice cellar bar with nice bartender. Nice interior in restaurant. Nice complex (rooms, restaurant, bar, brewery restaurant (200m distance).
On that time was hot weather. AC in room is needed. Small machine wasn't enough

Wonderful
breakfast could be more varied, something hot like scrambled eggs, sausages or pancakes was missing, which is usually found in other facilities :)

Pleasant
Very pleasant and helpful staff, cleanliness and external areas.
Room vas clean but rather small and simple. Very thin walls and doors so we could hear our neighbours from surrounding rooms. No kettle, tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast with extremely basic choice, no fresh vegetables at all. However, whatever was available was fresh and tasty.

Exceptional
This was my first time in Plasy and I would recommend this place to anybody. It is really very nice hotel, built in historical style, the rooms are super comfortable and the personal was 100% helpful.
It was really great stay, I don't have anything to improve

not enough space in room to walk around bed, too close to walls. rooftop room with sloping ceiling - i hit myself of head in room and also in bath. cold room, but OK to survive. breakfast very simple, small selection.
