Good value. Excellent breakfast and comfy beds. Perfect escape for a wintry weekend. Nice walks in and around town. Nice spa/sauna. Could be too small when hotel full
Few restaurants open off season. Parts of town are a bit rundown.

Exceptional service from evening/night reception, who was very helpful.

The room was hot and without A/C, so we had to open windows. But then we were woken up by garbage truck at 7am.

Everything was great.
We were given a beautiful cozy room that was even better compared to the room I had booked!
My special request had been heard and we got a room with a huge (!) bath tube for two that was amazing!))
The food was excellent - tasty dinner and breakfast with a great variety of choice!
The stuff was helpful and nice!
We also got a little present while checking-out that was unexpected and sweet)))

Every píece and bit was suoerb
Just a little bit unpleasent was not that hot sauna. But it was due to the behaviour of other guests who were going there and back and left the door open.

The staff were mostly friendly and where this was not the case it was due to language barriers or them being overworked/short staffed. Special shout out to the bartender who seemed to be working every day from morning to late at night in various roles and yet went out of his way to be helpful. Location is excellent and rooms of a decent size. The goodbye gift a lovely touch - thank you.
We booked this property due to the swimming pool. It really is far too small to be of any use. Even more concerning is that the entire wellness area is completely unchecked. There were a lot of elderly guests and should one of them slip on the very slippy tiles or faint in the sauna - they could be there for a while. In reality the areas are far to busy for them to go unnoticed. The behaviour of some guests in these areas was Also concerning ( taking photos, running around screeching) and due to lack or rules and supervision, completely unchallenged. Altogether the wellness area stressed me out. Breakfast was plentiful but the quality disappointing- tinned fruit salad rather than fresh, diluted juice concentrate etc.

Very friendly staff, the location is great, the wellness facilities very comfortable and clean as well. Big and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was fine.
For the spa you have to bring your towel from the bedroom or ask for a thin cotton towel (more like a sheet) in the spa reception, which makes it very inconvenient for example if you need a fresh towel while in the sauna, steam bath or pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything in the hotel was new and clean. In the room there were enough towels for everything. Spa facilities were quite nice especially the pool area was really beautiful. Breakfast also had a lot of options. It was really an enjoyable stay.
Dinner ends a little early so we had to rush a bit. It could be extended. Check-in is at 3 PM that could also be a bit earlier.

room and pool were very good. Open hours of pool also almost the whole day. Breakfast was ok...no hot chocolate for me available (the only thing I drink in the morning).
