We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment has a beautiful view from the window. The building is spacious and very convenient for families with children — there's even a playroom with toys.

We loved the location close to woods as well as to the spa district in the town centre, the air quality and local spa spring water which was available throughout the hotel. We also had a huge room with a balcony and amazing views. The swimming pool was large enough to actually swim. We‘ll come again and then also avail of some of the large array of treatments available. A real find!

Hotel is really old and needs a complete renovation asap.
Food was ok, nothing special.
Eggs in the morning were runny, rest was ok.
The massage at the spa was really good and value for money.
Location of the hotel was also good.

Clean rooms, really tasty breakfast. During the lunch and supper the swimming pool is almost empty. But you should learn the schedule of whirlpool and Turkish bads not to get cold.
The pillows are awful.
Turkish bads were hardly warm during working hours by schedule. We have only caught them hot at 5 p.m. once. Whirlpool is slightly warmer than body temperature

- The staff was noc nice and did not conclude informations they should have, like price for parking, times of welness, or even the price of dinner they “forced” us to have for 370 czk which could have been 250 czk based of the ticket
- Does not have almost any wellness procedures avalible over weekend - told me they operate only till 12:00 - which I did not read on their website and it was a bit huss to even book the procedures with them!! I booked them 3 week in advance but nobody ever answered my teo emails so I had to call to book it.

Location-for me it was excellent-right near the forest, on the mountain.
Good size of the room,very clean well equipped bathroom.
Ladies on the reception were always helpful. Cleaning staff was also good.
Breakfast was very poor: very small choice of vegetables,no fruits,no salads-exept of fruit salad that included sliced apples mostly.
Coffee from the machine was extremely bad. I heard the other people were complaining on the quality of the breakfast.
And: no milk alternatives!!
Did the management of restaurant heard about the people with lactose intolerance??
