Wonderful
Nice hotel, very conveniently located and reasonably priced. Although the hotel does not have its own parking, there is a nearby lot on a neighboring street. We didn’t even need to use it, as street parking (free at night) was sufficient. The hotel is situated on a main street with many restaurants and has a lovely park right across the road. Overall, the town is very relaxing. The staff are polite and helpful
The room and furniture are a bit dated, although this was not a major concern.

Loved the location and the hotel. We got a family suite which was AWESOME! It has an entry way and 2 separate rooms (one with a king bed and another with 2 twins) and also two separate bathrooms. Both rooms had balconies.

Location is good. Staff is wonderful, especially the manager had good communication skills.
1. Smell. The room had somehow smell of piss. Toilet also had heavy smell of piss. When I open the toilet seat, heavy smell was hitting and it felt disgusting.
2. On the carpet had white dots all over. I don’t know if someone had sprayed sperm or what, but it felt like that.
3. I stayed 4 nights and even I told to change the bedsheets they never changed. They make up the bed but it was with the same bedsheets.
4. You have to wait for like 6-7 minutes to come the hot water in the shower. Water is always cold at first opening.
5. Northern side of the hotel has a new construction ongoing. You may wake up at 7 a.m. in the morning by noise of the drills.

The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and so was the restaurant staff.
The breakfast was excellent.
The room was a little shabby but the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy, very clean and with a brand new blanket and linen.
When waiting for elevator, I heard cleaning staff in front of elevator speaking not very nicely (to be polite) about other clients. That should not be happening in front of hotel guests. (Therefore I did not give the highest rating to the staff.) Personally however, I had no issue with any of the staff.

The room was big enough. The bed could be better. I would prefer to stay in a room without carpet floor.
The staff was great. We received very good advices for nearby restaurants. The Russian speaking receptionist gave us a lot of information about food, spa etc.
The breakfast was magnificent. The dinner was decent, not more.

Had a lovely old fashioned single room with plenty of space at a very good price.
The reception staff were very friendly.
There was quite a large choice at the dinner & breakfast buffet, ok for a vegetarian.
Ordering drinks to go with meal at dinner took a while, the process is not clear. And you have to pay for water.
The spa area was rather small & cosy, could only fit 2 in a steam room. The jets in the pool weren’t working.

Breakfast and dinner were really good. The girls that take care about children animation are doing great job, my son loved to be there and the playground was very nice designed.
The ladies from reception didn't speak English and maybe can try to be more friendly. Swimming pool and sauna are too small, and no parking at the hotel.

Good location for hiking
the beds are way to small. My feet were stocking out. Only fit for people below 1.70m. The swimming pool was very small, choose this hotel for sleeping (if you are small enough to fit the beds) but go to spa elsewhere, a day ticket at fallensteiner is good value.

Beautiful spacious room. Breathtaking views. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Great location.

Very clean hotel, right in the center. The staff was very, very nice.
A huge line for sauna, i couldn't make it there. The pool closes at 6 pm, no food in the hotel after 8 pm.

The buffet food was amazing. Great variety, very tasty, definitely worth taking breakfast and dinner. We also booked various spa sessions - they were ok. The location is fabulous, just across the main park. That and the food made this place appealing. The rooms also seem to have been redone, and were really beautiful. The duvet seemed also new, and the pillows were fabulous
The elevator had sometimes issues which was a problem for my mom. We were only on the first floor so it was manageable, but can be a problem if you're higher up. The spa sessions were ok. The massage was subpar - wouldn't book it in house again. There is also a nice daily program of activities offered for free like yoga and hiking. But it is in one of the other hotels owned by OREA and you have to walk like 15 minutes to get there - which is a bummer if it rains like it did during our stay.

The program for kids is really unsual in the Czech Republic. And it was great. The kids had activities available for the whole day.
Food was great, breakfasts and dinners, wide choice. On top of that all of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. So rare.
