Very quiet area, close to the springs Ferdinand and Rudolf (and the less known Prelate spring, from which nice forest trails depart), near the park connected to the spa area of the city.
The owners are very welcoming and eager to share their knowledge and good plans of the city.
feel at home atmosphere and home-made breakfast.
Locked car park space in the yard.
Nothing, but just plan to bring shampoo

Very Good
Hospitality of hosts, their readiness to share stories in Russian about the resort is valid. Availability of electric kettle in the room, tea & sugar, cups & cutlery is a plus. The nice peaceful garden in the yard adds positive emotions.
Pulsing water supply in the bathroom is a challenge.

I was expecting a private bathroom and toilet but it was shared.
As a private room it is good choice but not hotel :)

*The place is nice and the area is very quiet.
*There is free parking on the side of the road, in front of the house.
*The owner was very nice and had all kinds of recommendations and stories about the area. He showed me on a map all I can do and see in the town and gave me a discount to a museum.
*The room is large, the furniture is comfortable and I liked the lightning options.
*You can only pay in cash, so make sure you have cash on you (I had to go back in town to find an ATM. Also, be careful that some ATMs charge a commission for cards that are not czech)
*It was quite cold and the heating was not working ..but I guess it kinda makes sense with all that's happening in Europe nowadays...So grab some warm clothes for the night.

The exterior of the building is beautifully painted and has a delightful small garden at the rear, the interior is well decorated. I had a bedroom and sitting room. The owner was very helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was extra and very nice. Very close to the tram and access to the town. It's also close to the railway station.
The TV couldn't get a signal and I had to ask for tea and coffee, although it seems not uncommon for Czech pensions to not have this in the room. The bed had a foam mattress but that's just something I don't like.

For the price, I doubt you'll find better than Na Vodach (At the Waters, that is the mineral springs). Comfy room, tasty breakfast (standard Czech fare, plus our host always made something special each day), friendly/helpful host (told us which walks were best). Lovely garden, too. The kitchen was quite adequate-water boiler, cooker, fridge, etc.
If you stay here, get used to walking. It's a good 20 min. walk to downtown Marianske Lazne. On the other hand, you're quite close to the nature preserves with hiking paths. Don't expect a luxury hotel experience. This is a three-star facility, more like a bed&breakfast than a hotel. Also, the mattresses were a little firmer than we like, but maybe fine for younger backs.

I was absolutely satisfied with the cleanliness and tidiness on the room number. The room so pretty big, warm and comfortable. I found everything I needed in the room.
In real life its even better and larger then on fotos.
Good WiFi and the breakfast was delicious, special thx for that to the hotel owners. I would love to have such at home the Peking is on the yard, and the smal garden is very calm and beautiful.
Close to the hotel there is a green park with the springs with a water.
Only 10 minute walk I found restaurants, cafes and shops ... that was very helpful.
For such a small amount of money I got everything and even more that I have expected firstly )) Thank you)
